How can i lead down the wrong path? I do not add or take away from Scripture

The very phrase 'pre-trib rapture' is man-made and never came out of the Mouth of God.

So how can you promote something that is not found in Scripture?
Acts 1 "like manner"

It really means like manner.
Sorry for the bad news

Sleeping has to do with lukewarmness.
Only for those physically awake. Sleeping in the physical sense has nothing to do with lukewarmness.

Sleeping is about sin, specifically the sin of lukewarmness. I don't remember who said it in this thread, but the five foolish virgins were lukewarm.
That's only because of lack of enough oil not because they were asleep at night. The wise virgins also were sleeping but they weren't lukewarm. They had enough oil and their lamps remained lit. I think both of your ideas of the oil being forgiveness and that sleeping was sin are both incorrect in regard to the symbols of this parable.

Luk 17:34 I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left.

Both are sleeping but one is acceptable to Lord and one is not. It's same exact thing with the virgins who also all were sleeping but one group was acceptable to the Lord and one was not.

It really means like manner.
Sorry for the bad news
Acts 1:9-11
nd when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.

Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. Matt 24:29-31

For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven 1 Thess 4:16

But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars of heaven will fall, and the powers in the heavens will be shaken.
Then they will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds with great power and glory. Mark 13:26

Follow the Truth in Scripture. Turn away from the man-made error.

Does not fit at all.
They ran out of truth in the night?

"Give us some of your truth"?
" ...no lest we not have enough truth for ourselves"
No way it fits
Yes it does. It fits perfectly. Those who do not gather that rich golden virgin olive “oil“ and instead remain biblically illiterate, will be easy prey for the vultures (fallen angels) who will come to gather them to the false lamb's marriage. They will be deceived by the antichrist because they are unaware of the fact that Satan, the antichrist, will appear before Jesus, the true Christ. They didn’t study so they didn’t learn any Truth and on that Day, it will be too late.

Only for those physically awake. Sleeping in the physical sense has nothing to do with lukewarmness.
This is not talking about physical sleep. Taking a nap has nothing to do with any of these verses.

The point of the Parable of the Ten Virgins is to keep watch as evidenced by Matthew 25:13 "Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh. " So while the Five Wise Virgins were sleeping they were not keeping watch either, therefore they disobeyed the command to keep watch which is a sin.

They went from lukewarm to hot, while the foolish went from lukewarm to cold. All ten of them sinned, the difference between the wise and foolish is they resumed their watch and waited for the bridegroom. The five wise repented and were forgiven whereas the five foolish did not repent and when it was too late they were not forgiven. Having oil to keep the lamp going is linked to forgiveness.

Luk 17:34 I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left.
This isn't a parable. They will literally be taken whether they are awake or asleep. Sleeping isn't the point.

Both are sleeping but one is acceptable to Lord and one is not. It's same exact thing with the virgins who also all were sleeping but one group was acceptable to the Lord and one was not.
Sleeping means they were not keeping watch so "sleeping" is not acceptable in any circumstances. This isn't referring to the physical sleep all humans require to stay alive. This is about knowing the Jesus is returning and being prepared for that.

This is not talking about physical sleep. Taking a nap has nothing to do with any of these verses.
But in parables, sleep is just sleeping.

The point of the Parable of the Ten Virgins is to keep watch as evidenced by Matthew 25:13 "Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh. "
And they had someone watching who would wake them up when the bridegroom came.

So while the Five Wise Virgins were sleeping they were not keeping watch either, therefore they disobeyed the command to keep watch which is a sin.
So you think God expects us to never go to sleep? That is impossible. It's very permissible to have someone watching while the rest sleep. There is no sin in that.

They went from lukewarm to hot, while the foolish went from lukewarm to cold.
Don't agree. wise virgins were never not wise. They did everything as they were expected to and were accepted. There was no transformation from lukewarm to hot.

All ten of them sinned, the difference between the wise and foolish is they resumed their watch and waited for the bridegroom. The five wise repented and were forgiven whereas the five foolish did not repent and when it was too late they were not forgiven.
There is no repenting of any sin in parable because there was no sin committed by the wise.

Having oil to keep the lamp going is linked to forgiveness.

I don't agree.

Sleeping means they were not keeping watch so "sleeping" is not acceptable in any circumstances. This isn't referring to the physical sleep all humans require to stay alive.
The virgins in parable are humans and thus must sleep at night. Someone would have to be designated as an official watchman for that night to watch for others as they slept. No sin in that at all.

The Parable of the Ten Virgins
Matthew 25:1-13
1Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom. 2And five of them were wise, and five were foolish. 3They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them: 4But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. 5While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept. 6And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him. 7Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps. 8And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out. 9But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves. 10And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut. 11Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us. 12But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not. 13Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.

The oil is forgiveness from God. The worthy sinner gives forgiveness to others, but people cannot give to others forgiveness from God. The Five Foolish Virgins (FFV) lost their oil (forgiveness) because they fell asleep (sinned) and wanted mercy from the Five Wise Virgins (FWV), but FWV could not give them mercy because only God gives mercy for sin.

The FWV said to the FFV, "go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves" which was a test. The FFV failed the test, rather than asking the Bridegroom (BG) for more oil and standing watch for His arrival, they left and went asking others for help. The test was to see their faith in the BG because the FFV were supposed to ask God for forgiveness from Heaven and not humans for forgiveness.

The reason the FWV were let into the marriage was because they did not fall asleep (sin) and they were waiting for the BG. The FFV should have waited for the BG to come to ask for more oil (forgiveness), but instead they went looking for forgiveness elsewhere. Mercy is a blessing from God and God will have mercy on repentant people.

The Parable of the Ten Virgins, in summary, is that Jesus will recognize forgiveness and sin. If you fall asleep then ask God for more oil. Don't go looking elsewhere for oil. Have faith in Jesus and keep watching for Him and ask forgiveness if you sin. Under no circumstances is someone supposed to stop watching for the BG or not confess their sin(s) to God.

The parable is telling us to continue or to start walking in truth and righteousness, keeping the commandment, statues and Judgement. Now is the time to learn and do these things before the end of your lives or if you live to see the second coming Jesus, and then try to get in this word of God and it's to late. This marriage is the first resurrection. Let's go take a quick look at this marriage in Revelation 19: 7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. 8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. 9 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God. Let's take a look at what it takes to become a saint in "Here is the patience of the saints; here are they that keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus" (Revelation 14:12).

God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the saints, and to be had in reverence of all them that are about him. Psalms 89:7 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saint, (Jude 1:14)

Let's take a look and see if Paul is on one accord with Jude in 1 Thessalonians 3: 11 Now God himself and our Father, and our Lord Jesus Christ, direct our way unto you. 12 And the Lord make you to increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all men, even as we do toward you: 13 to the end he may stablish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints.

The ones recieving the baptism in the Holy Spirit in acts were already saved....then recieved the baptism in tge Holy Spirit later
Yes, because Jesus had to go to the Father, offer the sacrifice, then bring back the gift to his (Church) Bride. Every Jewish Bride received a gift. The father of the bride had to ve paid also. (via Jesus' blood)

Selection of the Bride
Jewish Wedding - The Son chooses the Bride – the Father makes the arrangements
Church - John 15:16 – “You did not choose Me, but I chose you . . .”

The Bride Price established
Jewish Wedding - The father of the bride must be reimbursed for the loss of his daughter.
Church - I Corinthians 6:20 - “For you were bought with a price.” The Bride price was paid when Jesus died on the Cross.

he Betrothal
Jewish Wedding - More than mere “engagement”, it was a permanent arrangement. Recall the story of Joseph and Mary.
Church – The attachment of the Church to the Lord is also permanent, and forever. “This is the bread which came down from heaven--not as your fathers ate the manna, and are dead. He that eateth of this bread shall live for ever.” (John 6:58) And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any [man] pluck them out of my hand. (John 10:28)

The Marriage Contract
Jewish Wedding – A written agreement committing each party to the marriage.
Church - The entire Holy Bible is our written agreement containing the promises of God. Jesus said, “If ye continue in my word, [then] are ye my disciples indeed;” (John 8:31)

The Bride must consent
Jewish Wedding – This is not entirely an arranged marriage; the bride must agree.
Church – “He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved;” (Mark 16:16) “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” (Romans 10:9)

The Bridal Gift and the Cup of the Covenant
Jewish Wedding – A glass of wine is taken upon the signing of the contract.
Church – Each time we gather around the Lord’s Table, we remember the “contract.” “And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave [it] to them, saying, Drink ye all of it; For this is my blood of the new testament (covenant), which is shed for many for the remission of sins.” (Matthew 26:27-28)
Jewish Wedding – The Bride is given a gift by the groom.
Church - The Holy Spirit is given by Jesus –– “Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.” (Acts 2:38) This, of course, occurred on the Day of Pentecost.

There are 12 steps to the Jewish Weddig Pattern, but I only needed 6 to show why the Gift had to come after Jesus' death on te cross. God Bless.

Where are the Saints who have died for the past 2000 years?
I spelled it out earlier, but I will use fewer scriptures that way we can isolate the verse that shows what happens.

1 Cor. 15:50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption. 51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,

52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

So, Jesus fulfilled the Feast of Passover, Unleavened Bread, and Firstfruits. We are now in the Feast of Weeks (Harvest) and the LAST TRUMP is the 100th Trump on the Feast of Trumpets, it always ended the Jewish Harvest Season (Church Age). So, when Jesus calls us home (Rev. 4:1) he sounds like a TRUMP because he is ending the Church Age Harvest of souls. So, at the LAST TRUMP (research it, it was the 100th Trump blown during the Feast of Trumps, it OFFICIALLY ENDED the Summer Harvest Season)

Thus the Dead arises when? When Jesus calls us home, thus those who are dead will rise out of their graves, it says so CLEARLY right here, and those who are alive must CHANGE (meaning we put off our corrupt flesh which CAN NOT enter Heaven and we go to Heaven as Spirit men, just like those who arise from the graves without the corrupt sin flesh they died with.

It matters not to me where the Souls are at, I trust God can keep us, but the Jewish souls were kept in a place called Paradise, thee was a great gulf between Paradise and where the souls of the wicked were kept. All I know is Paul says not all will SLEEP, so we have to assume we are not cognitive, but like a night's sleep, we awake in what seems like minutes, hours later. I just go by what the scriptures say, the DEAD ARE RAISED AT THE LAST TRUMP.

I don't try to add or decipher that which can't be understood without seeing it SPOKEN of somewhere else.

Have you tried looking up this verse about "Last Trump" in a commentary? I think Paul is referring to the prophetic warning kind of trump. I don't think he had the Jewish feast days in mind and I am certain he did not have the trumpets of John in mind.

Also, since Paul said that to depart and be with Christ was better than remaining and teaching them but it was better for them that he did so then it is clear that in Paul's mind if he were to die in prison rather than be released he would be immediately with Christ. Otherwise he would be saying to depart and NOT BE WITH CHRIST but be sleeping and unknowing would be better but that was NOT his expectation. His expectation was that if he departed he would be WITH CHRIST. There is no way to make it mean unconscious.

And one more thing that should be emphasized. The dead in Christ are raised and given a glorified body and we are changed and given a glorified body. That body is like unto Jesus Glorious Body of which he specifically said was not a spirit but had flesh and bone.

We will have some kind of resurrected substantive body that will not be described as mere spirit but a supernatural RESURRECTED body. Never stop preaching the reality of the Resurrection made like unto His glorious Body. That is part and parcel of the Gospel and we don't preach the full Gospel if we don't include the hope of the PHYSICAL resurrection of our bodies. Anything else is heresy and should be sharply rebuked.

The wedding has not happened yet.

And no , trying to say salvation and the baptism of the spirit is different for all those reasons you came up with is error.

That first church in acts is a model not a ancient abstract

Definitely not the feast days trumpets but the last trump and last of John's 7 trumps are one and the same trumpet which is when Christ returns.

On the other hand the five foolish virgins represent those who are professing Christians but have not been regenerated, hence they do not have the Holy Spirit. As a result they are not watching for the coming of Christ for His Bride. Therefore they are shut out of the Kingdom of Heaven.
If I may step in...

Are the foolish shut out of the Kingdom, or are they shut out of the wedding feast? I've always thought that once the feast is over and Jesus returns to earth, these will return with us having been cleansed by fire. (Fire being separation from the presence of God, like we see for the unsaved in hell.)

How could Paul be thinking of Johns trumpets in Revelation when John had not even written it yet? He couldn't. Paul had something else in mind. What do you think he would have been referring to? Something in the scriptures no doubt. Something familiar to the readers from the Old Testament.

The information would come from God.

Paul had something else in mind.
Nope, he knew of the last of the 7 trumps and that Christ would return at that time. John was shown this later but it's the same info from the same source.

Something familiar to the readers from the Old Testament.
The only audience that matters is one who will be alive when that last trump sounds.

The 7th trump of Rev is the same last trump Paul speaks of because that's when the dead in Christ are raised along with his second coming.

1 Thessalonians 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
1 Thessalonians 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

Here we have the second coming associated with a trumpet, and the dead in Christ rising, and the rapture.

Co 15:51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
1Co 15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
1Co 15:53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

And here we have a trumpet called the last trump, and the dead in Christ being raised. This clearly is at the second coming as the other verse makes clear. The dead in Christ rise and Christ returns. So all we have to do is find out which end times trumpet Christ returns in:

Rev 11:13 And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven.
Rev 11:14 The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly.
Rev 11:15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.
Rev 11:16 And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God,
Rev 11:17 Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned.
Rev 11:18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.

Here we have the end of the Tribulation, and the sounding of the last of the 7 trumps. Though not explicitly mentioned here, I think the language does highly imply Christ's second coming is at this time. The second coming is directly tied to the time for wrath:

Rev 6:15 And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;
Rev 6:16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:
Rev 6:17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

We see this wrath in greater detail here:

Rev 19:11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.
Rev 19:12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.
Rev 19:13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
Rev 19:14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.
Rev 19:15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
Rev 19:16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.
Rev 19:17 And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God;
Rev 19:18 That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great.
Rev 19:19 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.
Rev 19:20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.
Rev 19:21 And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.

So, the "last trump" is the same as the last of the 7 trumpets of Revelation and it is when Christ returns, the dead in Christ rise and the rapture all take place.

Thank You for the reply - HOWEVER - You did not answer the question - Your answer ONLY pertains to the physical dead bodies.

Question: Where are the spirits/souls of all the Saints who die in the Lord since His resurrection???

Please answer this question with Scripture only and remember that only our bodies die and return to dust - not our spirit/soul.

To help you with this please read Luke 16

“There was a certain rich man who was clothed in purple and fine linen and fared sumptuously every day. 20But there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, full of sores, who was laid at his gate, 21desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man’s table. Moreover the dogs came and licked his sores. 22So it was that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels to Abraham’s bosom. The rich man also died and was buried. 23And being in torments in Hades, he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.

24“Then he cried and said, ‘Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.’ 25But Abraham said, ‘Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things; but now he is comforted and you are tormented. 26And besides all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed, so that those who want to pass from here to you cannot, nor can those from there pass to us.’

27“Then he said, ‘I beg you therefore, father, that you would send him to my father’s house, 28for I have five brothers, that he may testify to them, lest they also come to this place of torment.’ 29Abraham said to him, ‘They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.’ 30And he said, ‘No, father Abraham; but if one goes to them from the dead, they will repent.’ 31But he said to him, ‘If they do not hear Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded though one rise from the dead.’ ”

Stay with this revelation that you have received from the Holy Spirit thru the Word.

It is crucial as most christians today are biblically illiterate and follow man-made doctrines.

"As in the days of Noah they were married and given in marriage, so will it be in His Return."

They get martyred during the gt.

They appear in heaven and the Holy Spirit depicts them has coming out of the Great Tribulation .
they are the innumerable number that John saw in heaven waving palm branches. I think the palm branches are a clue indicating that they are All In bodies. They are the five foolish virgins left behind.
they were shut out of the wedding and now deal with the Antichrist.
they're forced to draw the line and not step over it.
They failed to get the baptism of the Holy Spirit ,which is the extra oil, but apparently they had enough savvy to refuse the mark.
so they get beheaded, become martyrs ,and appear in heaven as the innumerable number waving palm branches

What you said is Truth = "to start walking in truth and righteousness, keeping the commandment, statues and Judgement."

There is only One Way for this to take place in a persons heart and has been the foundation of Truth since Genesis.

The Oil is symbolic and represents that One Way.
