a couple of things we must remember about Judas,

1. He was with Jesus before the Resurrection not after
2. The devil entered into him he did not come with the devil
3. Judas and all the disciples before the resurrection and the day of pentacost were sent by Jesus with HIS authority in HIS name then.

After the resurrection, they were told to wait then go to Luke 24:49 Acts 1:8

Judas was able to heal and cast out the devil because Jesus said they would when He sent them. Judas can't be saved and have a devil. Light has no fellowship with darkness. Judas had the devil enter him which means he could not be saved.
When JESUS sent Judas didn’t the HOLY SPIRIT have to have been present with him for him to have been able to command dEmons? Interesting🙂

Judas did not have the indwelled Holy Spirit. Remember the Holy Spirit can come upon a person and not be in them as HE did with Samson, Randall the others. only a select few knew the Holy Spirit like that.

Judas was with Jesus when he cast out demon than backslide and Jesus call him devil or unsaved
With JESUS as far as a part of the group (so to speak) but weren't they( the disciples) physically away from JESUS when he (Judas) cast out dEmons unless you are saying that the HOLY SPIRIT was with them but not In them?🥰

JESUS IS GOD and the HOLY GHOST IS GOD also.

It was before Pentecost, but the power to cast out demon was from God, he was with Jesus in the sense abide and working for jesus

Jesus referred to Judas as a devil [before] he committed his evil deed. He was likely always a devil. Note the boldface, underlined text below. Jesus refers to Judas as an active devil (the word "IS" confirms this idea) who would "later" betray.

John 6:70-71 NLT - "Then Jesus said, "I chose the twelve of you, but one is a devil." 71 He was speaking of Judas, son of Simon Iscariot, one of the Twelve, who would later betray him."

So then the HOLY SPIRIT was upon him (Judas) and not In him.IOW the Incorruptible seed was not In Judas but casting out dEmons with Judas present.🙂

I am not sure, is there any verse say so?
Can a person cast the demon out without God Spirit in?

Judas was successfully cast the demon out, do you think he was abide in Jesus? Or you don't need to abide to cast the demon out

What would be your answer to the question, was the HOLY SPIRIT In Judas when Judas was casting out dEvils? I would say no,the HOLY SPIRIT was upon Judas but not In Judas abiding IN Judas?

Sidenote:If the HOLY SPIRIT were In Judas then Judas would have been one with GOD In CHRIST casting out dEmons and that would mean that the Incorruptible seed could be corrupted by the flesh and that's not going to happen.

IMO,I think he was walking with JESUS and In the group (maybe because of the money) but not abiding, the HOLY SPIRIT went Into them at Pentecost.

Yeah, I think you're right. The disciples had the authority to cast out demons in the name of Jesus.

Hang on boys . . . Jesus clarifies under what authority the "disciples" were able to cast out demons, and it wasn't the Holy Spirit. See below:

Luke 10:17-19 NKJV - "Then the seventy returned with joy, saying, "Lord, even the demons are subject to us in Your name." 18 And He said to them, "I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. 19 "Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you."

That authority was in Jesus' name . . . and not that of the Spirit. But there's more. They were not given the Holy Spirit and Jesus confirms this later in Luke (note that the above is Luke chapter 10).

It wasn't until Acts 1:5 that the Holy Spirit would be given, as per Scripture below:

Acts 1:5 NLT - "John baptized with water, but in just a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit."

Therefore, the disciples were not under the direction of the Holy Spirit. They were given Power by Christ Himself.

So the outhority is from Jesus. Jesus give the authority to the seventy not to hundred.
Do you believe it was not require to abide in Jesus for get the authority?

I have no idea, nor does it matter. What matters (to me), is that in the course of [this] conversation, is that we recognize my point, which is that the authority to cast out demons came from Christ and through His Name . . . alone.

Let's be sure not to pervert the Scriptures with ideas that do not matter.

Correction to my post on this matter. I said that it wasn't until later in Luke (that the Spirit would be issued/granted . . . I meant to say later in Acts, which was about fifty days after the Resurrection of Christ. Sorry to all.

I'll be honest and say that I'm not 100% sure what the difference Is where the HOLY SPIRIT IS In a person or on a person, tell me what You think?
When I was physically "Indwelt" by the Holy Spirit in the Arizona Desert, I was actually encapsulated by Him. I was protected to the degree that if a bomb had exploded, nothing would have happened to me.

I'm sorry if people don't like to hear of my experience, but I cannot lie. I was within the Spirit as an olive is within water within a glass.

Psalm 3:3 NLT - "But you, O LORD, are a shield around me; you are my glory, the one who holds my head high."
