Some, including many Jews, will be saved after they have been left behind.

Good verses, Thank you! (y):):coffee:
I am not agree those verses mean that.

2000 years ago Paul wrote to the church in tesalonica to not deceived and not believe that rapture happen before the man of sin being revealed/gt

Mean rapture after gt

I see that I have been misquoted and misrepresented. I hope this was not done intentionally.

For the record:

I believe that the next event is the Pre-Trib Rapture in which we meet the Lord and the dead in Christ in the air and then are with Him for evermore.
Then you have a problem with Scripture, which teaches that there is ONE resurrection for the saved. By "resurrertion" I mean the event
where believers receive their glorified bodies. Only ONE. So be careful where you place that in history.

If it is pretrib, then NONE of the people who get saved during the Trib, and including the trib martyrs (Rev 20) WON'T ever receive a glorified body since there are no verses that make such a claim.

Here are the SINGLE resurrection verses:

Luke 14:14, Acts 24:15, 1 Cor 15:23 and see Acts 26:23 for why Paul describes Jesus' resurrection as "firstfruits".

I don't see both evidence either mortal or glorified body on the saint resurrection when Jesus on the cross.
The entire point is that there is NO evidence for anyone receiving a glorified body before Jesus did. Acts 26:23.

But bible not say where they live after resurection
Again, NO evidence for anyone receiving a glorified body before Jesus comes back to earth.

51 Then, behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth quaked, and the rocks were split, 52 and the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised; 53 and coming out of the graves after His resurrection, they went into the holy city and appeared to many.

It say they went to holy city, not say live in the holy city, so it may only visit to holy city for short time. Than we don't know went to paradise with glorified body or stay on earth with mortal body
The "holy city" is a reference to Jerusalem, where Jesus was crucified.

That is only half the process. Those who die will be resurrected in glorious immortal bodies AT THE SAME TIME that those who are alive will be transformed and raptured. But all this must happen BEFORE the Second Coming of Christ (when He comes with His saints).

I heard we will live on earth or Heaven.
The vision on the mount may have been glorified bodies -- I do not know for sure.

Every believer who has died IS living in heaven, right now.

However, when Christ returns to earth at the Second Advent, those believers living will be "gathered" and receive their glorified bodies, just like all the dead saints who will receive theirs. So, because Jesus does NOT go back to heaven, the living believers will NEVER see heaven.

The vision on the mount may have been glorified bodies -- I do not know for sure.
If you are referring to Rev 14, that chapter is a "look-ahead".

Just know that Scripture plainly says that there is just ONE resurrection of the saved. So we need to be very careful where we place it on the timeline of history. At that ONE resurrection, ALL dead saints will receive their resurrection (glorified) bodies, and ALL living believers will receive their glorified bodies.

Those who place the ONE resurrection before the Trib have to argue that NO Trib believer/martyr will ever receive a glorified body.

If they receive theirs at a later date, the Bible would indicate that.

I have no problem with Scripture.

the scriptures say all kinds of things. many pages, many versions of Bible, many people reading them and trying to decipher them with different educations - spiritual and literal. and backgrounds - growing up in many different churches with all kinds of beliefs and doctrines and likes and dislikes - from themselves and their experiences, their lives and everything.

Another poster said I had a problem with Scripture. I asked him to clarify. How does your post address that?

A good time to get our focus back to Scripture and Doctrine.

1 Thess 4 and Rev 19 clearly testify of this order of future events...

Rapture in Clouds.
Marriage feast in Heaven and 7 Year Trib on Earth.
Second Coming back down to Earth.
1000 Reighn on Earth.
White Throne Judgement.
New Jerusalem comes down out of Heaven.
Final State accomplished.

Food for thought

The Rapture of the Church is before the Great Tribulation and wrath of God. But after the time of tribulations and false Peace Treaties /which is meant for all people except the true Christians. Persecution/ Go

The bible makes the difference between the time of tribulations and the time of the Great Tribulation that will start the day when the son of perdition sits in the place of God in the (3rd) temple. Then starts the wrath of God; not before! That is the right moment of the rapture of the Church; Not after! Because Christ will not let His bride (the church) suffer the wrath of God added to the wrath of the devil.

IF YOU BELIEVE THE BIBLE, the chapter 11 of the book of revelations precises for us that day where the antichrist reveals his name and declares his supremacy from inside the (3rd) physical Temple in Jerusalem. AND THAT IS ONLY AFTER THE FIRST 3 YEARS AND A HALF EXACTLY AT THE END THE WONDERFUL MINISTRY OF THE TWO WITNESSES.

Than. the rapture takes place; not before. Just read chapter 12 about the last 3 years and a half where those who are left behind will be fed and protected away from the war zone in Israel…. (the 5 unwise virgins will be left behind but fairly treated even disqualified)

Just pray and read for yourself these 2 key chapters and let the Holy Spirit reveal to you the right understanding. / As He revealed to me the rapture will take place exactly at the middle of the last 7 years. Not before and not after! (you can read more of my inspired articles on the subject published 4 or 5 years ago)

---------- Here is the final authority of the bible saying --------------

2 Thessalonians 2:4-5, “Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there comes a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.”
Revelation 11:7
Now when they have finished their testimony, the beast that comes up from the Abyss will attack them, and overpower and kill them.

11: 12 Then they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, “Come up here.” And they went up to heaven in a cloud, while their enemies looked on.

11: 18 The nations were angry, AND YOUR WRATH HAS COME. The time has come for judging the dead,
and for rewarding your servants the prophets and your people who revere your name, both great and small and for destroying those who destroy the earth.”

PS. the Rapture of the Church and the Reward judgement of the saints will start at chapter 12

It is at the same time in the sense that it is the same event.

1 Corinthians
15:51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

It's not the same time or event. The two events happen pretty close to each other assumably.

Example, a man throws a ball then ten seconds later he drinks some water. That's two events, not one.

Left Behind Secret Rapture is a lie made up by Satan.

Remember, Left Behind Secret Rapture and rapture are two different things.
There is only one Rapture, and it is Pre-Trib. It is a comforting fact...

1 Thess
4:13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
4:14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
4:15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive [and] remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
4:17 Then we which are alive [and] remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
4:18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

It's not worth quibbling over. If a war were only two days long, you might like to call it two wars.

Fine then.

That's because I am right and you aren't. The resurrection and the rapture are two different events happening closely together. Not only is that a fact, the resurrection is about the dead coming back to life while the rapture is the moving of people from the Earth to the clouds. The two different events could not be any different.

Everybody is caught up to meet Jesus in a cloud. One event. One Pre-Trib Rapture. It is also called the First Resurrection because most of them will have died.
