Over analyzation and conflation, most people do this also, but not this deep in the rabbit hole. The 666 is really simple. Its not a mans name via an actual number, its telling us the LAST BEAST is a MAN (666) unlike the other six Beasts who were nations/kingdoms, a la Egypt, Assyria, Babylon, Persia, Greece and Rome. That is why in Rev. 17 the Kingdoms are reduced to Kings who have FALLEN, aka the last king in every Beast Kingdom. Thus this LAST BEAST is the only Beast over Israel and the Mediterranean Sea Region who never passed his beast kingdom on to another person, thus they were in actuality Beast Kingdoms, where as the LAST BEAST is a mere man. Thus in Dan. 7:11 we are told the Beasts BODY is DESTROYED and that the Beast is cast into HELLFIRE. A man, not a kingdom, likewise in Revelation 19:20 the False Prophet and Best are also cast into hell.

Thus in Dan. 7:23-25, it shows us that the LAST BEAST is different from the First Beast (Rome)...BUT HOW? He's a Man, the first Beast was a Kingdom !! He never passes his kingdom on, he is the only Beast to both ARISE as the Beast and FALL as the Beast, unlike the other six as seen in Rev. 17.

Dan. 7:23 Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces.

The Last Beast is a MAN thus 666 stands for a Name of a MAN, not the name of a Kingdom a la Persia or Rome !!

Basically, people are searching in vain for a name tat matches 666, instead of understanding that the KEY is it is a MAN not a Kingdom. Its just that simple, tbh.
