and how do we prepare the way?
Mar 16:14 Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen.
Mar 16:15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
Mar 16:16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

So what is? The opposite? but how is that done? humanity really seems bent up in destroying themselves. Sigh
Jesus preached Gods Will and then dares us to believe

“Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me. If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.”
‭‭John‬ ‭7:16-17‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Follow Jesus Christ and obey to the word of God,

It's hard to say one or two words clearly.

I can only cite three points that I think are more important:

Learning to forgive others
Learning to love your enemies
Learning to love others as yourself

I am very much interested in this topic, haha. Why do you think there are several empires that must fall and rise? or which one's do you think they are? and if we're not in or near the end times where are we, in bible prophecy ?

I've tried finding websites on community living and I found one the other day and it talks about living in community and working out of love rather than money and I think it's really cool. lol I joined maybe that'll work for me haha. But yes it probably wouldn't be best in large group or just anyone.
I'll tell you what, here's a summary video I made of the book. As I mentioned, I might start a thread about this here at some point, but it's gonna be a lot of work, so this will have to do for now. Here is also a link to the book on Amazon, and a link to a free PDF of the book.

So what is the gospel and I wonder why it says creature as if including animals?

Oh I just said this. Ok, I'm on the right track. And I don't know there seems to be a lot of professing Christian's that you would think the world would be in a better place with all the "forgiving" , "loving God" , "loving enemies" but it seems to be farther into the dark ages.

A lot of people believe that they won’t go through the end time tribulation, so maybe this is not for them, but I was curious about surviving through the tribulation when times get tough.

I have different views on the matter. Some people go all out and store food, items , build underground bunks, etc for a doomsday event, not so much because they are doing it from a biblical perspective etc.
I'm not a mid or post tribber so i wont be here during that horrible period ( thank you Jesus ) but i'm still concerned about those who will.
I still consider myself a "prepper" in that i like to be prepared as much as i can for any natural disaster that may come my way. I'm in Canada and we know very well how bad winter storms can get , we've went thru many snowmageddons over the years .

Here's a list of the preppy things i do : keep in mind im retired ( formerly a electrician ) and single with no dependents

1. I keep a large pantry full of canned goods enough to last atleast 2 years, perhaps longer.
2. My deep freezer and iceboxes are chock full of meats of every kind.
3. Unfortunately i don't have a root seller so i dont have much in the way of vegetables or fruit, maybe enough to last a coupla months.
4. I have a 35000 Watt gas generator on standby in case of a power failure ( which has happened a few times )
5. I have three sources of heat/energy: electric baseboard heaters , a oil furnace ( which i rarely use ) and a fireplace ( which again i rarely use ).
6. I have a toolshed 30' long with just about every handy tool you can think of, packed to the ceiling with lumber and hardwoods , all kinds of power tools ( mostly battery operated these days ) and several canisters of oil and gasoline which i keep locked away in a seperate room.
7. Four snowblowers ( sure why not ? ) which is kept in another smaller shed.
8. I have two vehicles, a four wheel drive F-150 pick-up ( gotta have one of those right guys ) and a small four cylinder hatchback car that i use for darting around town.
9. Another thing i was thinking of getting into is solar panels, bin pondering that for a long time.

Thats about it, can anyone think of more ideas ?

Kudos to those females. I'm all for doing house chores, gardening etc but when it comes to carrying, pushing, heavy stuff I rather not succumb my body to such endeavors. I don't want broad shoulders. As for handling a gun, I can be clumsy so I wouldn't trust myself with something that dangerous. I believe I'm rather smart when it comes to analyzing, observation, scrutinizing text etc but when it comes to basic street smarts especially wilderness stuff I am oblivious. I have no sense of direction. All I meant is that I'm preparing as far as I understand but I would not know how to butcher a cow. (Not that I would, though. I don't eat meat except fish I could fish I've gone fishing) the male species would come in handy. My comment was not sexist

Yes i know what you mean when it comes to lifting or moving , i have a bad back which is one of the major reasons i retired from working a few years ago. Doctor said i must refrain from doing anything that would agitate my spine/back. I had to sell my boat and trailor because of that ( i miss my boat and fishing :( )

So in a nutshell what is God's will and what was his doctrine? To love God with all your heart mind and soul and to love your neighbor like yourself?
yep but the thing is he’s teaching us what Godly love is we’re not meant to love our way we’re meant to learn to love Gods way a good summary of that is this

“Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.

But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?

My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth. And hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him.”
‭‭1 John‬ ‭3:16-19‬ ‭KJV‬‬

love is what we do not what we feel or say Christ teaches us how to love as the children of God

we as humans have an idea of love we feel it and love our close family or our spouse so we treat them well help them , would never leave them on the side of the road in need ect

Christ is calling us here to his sacrificial love not based on the other persons action

“For if ye love them which love you, what thank have ye? for sinners also love those that love them. And if ye do good to them which do good to you, what thank have ye? for sinners also do even the same.

But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.

Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful. Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven: Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall be given into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭6:32-33, 35-38‬ ‭

of course that’s just one teaching but if you examine Christs teachings you’ll find he’s calling us to a supernatural love not our human love where we say we love everyone but our actions don’t agree

we need to act in love and repent when we find out we haven’t been

Yes, we have to love like Christ now my question is how much do we tolerate or where is the line drawn?

Yes, we have to love like Christ now my question is how much do we tolerate or where is the line drawn?
my advice is to learn what Jesus taught and let him teach you the answers that’s how we start walking by faith

I have to live up to what I know you don’t , you have to walk by your own faith that you learn from Jesus

what I would do is pray and start with the sermon on the Mount , read all three accounts of it in Matthew , mark , and Luke and then consider and ask the lord.

it won’t all Sink in the first time but I guarantee you will start learning from Jesus me will then have the answers you seek but remember we’re growing up so whatever we begin with is going to grow as we persevere and learn and start practicing it in life

I can’t tell you how far to let people go , Jesus can teach us Gods ways that’s why he came we’re called to hear and believe and let the gospel create this in us

Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.”
‭‭Psalm‬ ‭51:10‬ ‭KJV‬‬

that’s what believing the gospel does as we’re learn and follow and persevere

Whether the world is good or bad, we should be perfect and perfect as perfect God.

Whether the world is good or bad, we should be perfect and perfect as perfect God.
we should understand we aren’t perfect
And pursue Christ in the gospel well according to Paul anyways

“Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ, And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:

That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead.

Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus. Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you.”
‭‭Philippians‬ ‭3:8-15‬ ‭

We’re simply not perfect we’ve already proven it . it’s a pursuit of Christ knowing we aren’t perfect but aiming for the high calling in Christ

when he says “ be perfect “ look at what he’s talking about

“But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven:

for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same? And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so? Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭5:44-48‬ ‭KJV‬‬

if you look at the contemporary verse in luke it helps focus in on what he’s saying

‭‭Luke‬ ‭6:32-33, 35-38‬ ‭KJV‬‬

we need to be perfect in Mercy towards others the reason is we’re all In the same boat as sinners and lack the perfection required he’s given us a better word “be merciful and receive mercy “which is the law we should live by

“So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty. For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment.”
‭‭James‬ ‭2:12-13‬ ‭KJV‬‬

in other words James is saying

Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭5:7‬ ‭KJV‬‬

If we’ve sinned once sinless perfection is off the table

“For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.”
‭‭James‬ ‭2:10‬ ‭KJV‬‬

one sin violates Gods law and breaks it all making us guilty like everyone else so what are we to do ? It’s now about mercy , true Godly love active love that covers multitudes of sin

“But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer. And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins.”
‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭4:7-8‬ ‭KJV‬‬

It’s not about sin anymore it’s about repentance from sin and belief in the new things of the gospel
