I believe Satan and the lake of fire need to be removed from the page then. They are gone. They are of the former heaven and earth and have nothing to do with the new one.
The feet of Jesus touch down on the earth. The throne of David is on the earth. God married Jerusalem. That is where God will be, dwelling with us I believe.
Revelation 21:2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
Do you know how TALL the city is? It isn't in a state of motion, or hovering, it rises so high that it looks to be a part of the sky.
3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
Revelation 21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
Revelation 21:17 And he measured the wall thereof, an hundred and forty and four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of the angel.

Then after the Lord has set up His rulership through Israel He will ascend back to His own throne, His seat of power and authority in the highest.
`The Lord most high is King over all the earth......God has gone UP with a shout...` (Ps. 47: 2 & 5)
Notice that when the New Jerusalem comes down it comes FROM GOD. (Rev. 21: 2) God`s throne is always in the highest.

Chirst is not leaving the RIGHT HAND until AFTER Satan and his angels are cast to the earth would mean the 'church' would be on earth with Satan and the fallen angels.
Seems the only way for PRE SATAN rapture is pre war in heaven which can't be because of Christ not leaving the right hand until...
Satan lands on earth is 1/2 way through the trib to heal the deadly wound and set up the image
WHEN EXACTLY DOES THE CHURCH PRE TRIB RAPTURE? IT DOESN'T SEEM POSSIBLE AT ALL.
SEEMS THE BEST THE CHURCH COULD DO WOULD BE MID TRIB RAPTURE.
Maybe this part is falls under the ever elusive to the theory 'IT IS WRITTEN' some how. Maybe someone could just give me a verse or two for. Would be a welcome change to see something solid to grasp on to.
`Do you not know that the saints will judge the world (system)?.....Do you not know that we shall judge (fallen) angels? ` (1 Cor. 6: 2 7 3)
When the Father sends Jesus for His Body at the appointed time we will go to the Lord`s own throne, (Rev. 3: 21) and from there execute the judgments. And they start at the beginning of the tribulation.
