I just have to let everyone know there is no pancakes in pancake cofeee. No pancakes are harmed in the process.

It is normal coffee with a hint of cinnamon. I happened to mention this a longtime ago on this thread and @GandalfTheWhite said cinnamon does not belong in coffee just on pancakes and therefore started calling my coffee pancake coffee. This is the stuff

Cinnamon is good in coffee. I used to drink it that way 30 years ago. Reminds me of someone I used to know...sigh.
