Watch the video I posted shyness. And like I said, research on the ecumenical movement. You have to know why you practice what you practice as well as the background of what you practice. Just because you are born into some religion it doesn't mean it is the right one. Truth stands on His own, Jesus needs no help of other religions. Just research about the vatican in detail, and I'm sure you will be very surprised.

I don't care if you try to offend me, you really won't. I was called to share the truth and stand up for it. If you don't want to accept God's word He will deal with you as He pleases in eternity, and that is something that every human being will face at a point of his/her existence. I just hope you understand that there is no other way to the Father but through Jesus. No religion can save you. In fact there is nothing any human being can do to achieve salvation.

Ephesians 2:4-8
4 But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, 5 even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), 6 and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, 7 that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. 8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,

If you set your eyes on men you will be deceived and disatisfied. Set your eyes on God.

I'm not trying to offend you. I respect what you believe. In fact what makes you less of a sinner than me? To tell you the truth, I do accept God's word in the way I was trained

Isaiah 64:6
New King James Version (NKJV)
6 But we are all like an unclean thing,
And all our righteousnesses are like filthy rags;
We all fade as a leaf,
And our iniquities, like the wind,
Have taken us away.

Romans 3:23
New King James Version (NKJV)
23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

Nothing does friend. I am a sinner saved by grace. My righteousness is only found in what Jesus did for me.

I'm a very bad sinner and to tell you the truth, I do believe in order for me to be saved, I must do God's will.

For faith without works is dead and salvation is not possible without faith for you cannot please God without faith

If I do not do good works then that means I do not have faith and that means I have no salvation. There is no way I can completely understand the bible. I tried. I have lived my life according to the Vatican's interpretation of the bible.

All I ask is that you do not get angry at me or hate on me just because I have been trained and raised as a Catholic.

Friend, I love that verse. And the context of it is this. If we say we have faith in Him, there must be evidence of it. Now this doesn't mean that you have to go and sell everything you have and give it to the poor, it doesn't mean that you should go and mow the lawn of the whole street for free. No. In fact the evidence that has to be present in your life is to be found in your heart.

Galatians 5:22-23
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.

Jesus didn't come to make you a charity worker or something like that. He came to give you salvation from your sins. Both from the eternal sense and in the right now.

Romans 12

Living Sacrifices to God

1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

That is why Jesus died, so that we would live a life that is Holy before Him. Now this would've been impossible if He didn't die, because when He rose He sent the Holy Spirit to any one who has called on His name and believed Him as savior and Lord.
So friend, if you do not see the fruit of the Holy Spirit mentioned in galatians 5:22, then you must really be worried.

Ephesians 1

3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, 4 just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, 5 having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, 6 to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved.
7 In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace 8 which He made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence, 9 having made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He purposed in Himself, 10 that in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both[a] which are in heaven and which are on earth—in Him. 11 In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will, 12 that we who first trusted in Christ should be to the praise of His glory.
13 In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, 14 who is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory.

I believe totally in the Word of God and its truth. However, sometimes I think there may be truths in the Word that are even bigger than what we can read.

What I mean by this is that while there's no doubt (in my mind) that the Catholic practices and doctrines are not biblical and very likely even sinful in many ways (my opinion)........at the same time I know that God still does work in the hearts of many who are of the Catholic faith and there are Catholics who genuinely reflect the Holy Spirit who lives in them (i.e Mother Teresa).

I don't know how this works, but I believe my Lord knows...and so I don't think I'm qualified to judge otherwise. Because of this, I reserve my own negative remarks only for those religions who do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as Lord, even if I believe their doctrines are unbiblical and wholly wrong in every other respect.

God Bless.
