I would be honored to pray with you. We will understand it all bye and bye. For now, just keep focused on the fact that He loves you and wants to hold your hand. He knows all about sorrow...

Isaiah
53:3 He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were [our] faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.
53:4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.

Nice to meet you and glad to have you joining the Forums here😃 Losing a loved one is inevitable and one of the hardest things is losing a child (a pet a close second, lol). My daughter departed to Heaven at 33yo and I know she's in glory with God, Jesus, the Holy Ghost and a ton of beloved family and new friends, God bless and remember our loved ones would not want us to live w/sadness.

This is the 13-year anniversary of the day I had the memorable task of pulling the plug on my wife (she was declared legally brain dead). Actually, at 9:18pm tonight, Pacific time zone. Fun times.

So, I get loss. I'm sure others here do too. Death sucks, and those of us who live long enough will get to see those close to us experience it. Can't wait to get out of here and experience the resurrection.
