I just listened to a recent speech by Putin and whether or not he actually meant what he said (he seemed sincere), I agreed with everything he said.

Except that NATO doesn't have a lot of offensive weapons. Mostly defensive weapons...like armored vehicle denial systems.

And the rather porous borders where Russian agents move into an area to try to change the attitudes of those they live around.

Putin is not being honest.

It was a speech about morals and values. About how the west has sold out it's Christian foundations. I agreed with everything he said. In what I saw, there was no mention of Ukraine or war. At this point, I see Russia as a more righteous nation than America. Including Canada. I would not take up arms against Russia.
On the other hand, it is my belief that Biden, Schiff, Pelosi, ad nauseum, are criminals and should be punished as such.
The government (U.N.) + private business (W.E.F.) = fascism...which is what we have in the west. The new world order. They want to hack us! Over my dead body!

Its because im Married to someone who was born in the Crimea, and Her parents and grandparents were born there..
They had to FLEE the Ukraine, in 1998, because of Government ABUSE.
We now live in Israel, but, im also a USA Citizen, so, right now im in the USA watching this horse and pony show, being directed worldwide by a lying media and this person named ZELENSKY.

When i first realized this was all a gigantic farce, was the 3-4th day of the "invasion".

It was reported by ZELENSKY to the WORLD NEWS, that "Russia bombed a TV station and destroyed a Jewish Holocaust memorial"

Do you remember that?
Well, that is a LIE.
Listen..the NEWS MEDIA reported it to the world as TRUTH, so that it demonized Putin, in the eyes of Jews, and the world at large.
This type of created propaganda has not stopped since that day, and that story.

A Ukrainian-Jewish NEWS REPORTER< went to this "destroyed by Putin's rockets", "Holocaust museum", and walked around it, filming it.
There were no rockets, no damage.....its BRAND NEW..........not harmed..........= it was all Zelenky's LIE, and the NEWS MEDIA made it real in the minds of the entire planet.

A few days ago, you heard, read, watched this story......"A news reporter. (Brit or USA), i dont recall, was murdered by Putin's Soldiers.
The story said.....>"a car pulled up to the reporter and shots from inside the car, killed him".

Well, HELLO......... i was not aware that Putin's ARMY came in their CARS.
Did they bring them in the TANKS?
Did they bring their BMW's and their Hondas, and their FORDS, and their Chevrolets?

So, what happened was........a Ukrainian CAR filled with Ukrainian solders, who would have cars, killed this reporter and blame PUTIN's Soldiers.

Eventually the NEWs MEDIA will be telling you that Putin is drinking blood and eating aborted babies, while Zelensky was last seen walking on water underneath his HALO.

How would you know, unless you were there???

A terrible human toll. As I understand it though, those numbers you quoted from UN stats are made up of approximately 10,000 armed soldiers (4,500 Ukrainian soldiers, 5,500 from various armed groups from the disputed territories), and around 4000 civilians overall (from both sides of the conflict). Whoever gave you the numbers and comments appear to have given you a distorted view.

Irrespective, it's a terrible thing that has happened, and mostly driven by man's greed, selfishness and ego.

You quoted UN statistics, I quoted UN statistics, one or both of us is wrong! You need to produce proof of what you are presenting as fact. Maybe the UN is populated with liars that drafted their report, or maybe wherever you have researched is one eyed, and distorts truth to justify their own rhetoric.

I don't think the debacle in Ukraine and any associated discussions are stupid. It's good to have our statements qualified, particularly in a Christian forum where we are professing to know truth. I'm sorry I rubbed you up the wrong way, but I'm more concerned that the real truth be outed, as against someone's concocted truth and hurt feelings. Shalom.

This is an article thread on X (Twitter) that explains the first start to the war by Russia stealing Crimea during the Obama Administration and how US and Russia and Ukrainian leadership wanted to do anything but listen to the people....which caused a massive revolt.
It puts the blame squarely on Numan and Russia and the Russian bribed officials in Ukraine. Today's war is the result of that bit.
It's not over....it's still going. It's at a stalemate at the moment because this is asymmetrical warfare. So when viewing this through that sort of lense Russia is definitely losing and their hubris refuses to accept that. They couldn't stop EuroMaiden and they can't take control of people who said "NO".

It explains the exact cause and not the manufactured "molehill sized mountain " that the press and UN focus on.

These "separatists" are Russians imported by the Kremlin to cause political problems in Ukraine....nothing more. Part of their propaganda networking. They never were residents.
This has been very clearly documented and proven beyond all doubts long ago.

Currently people like Elon Musk and other Republican industrialists are more concerned with cheap raw materials and other components they can no longer get from Russia due to sanctions than the lives of Ukrainians.
