How does making a statement like this helpful?

Then after I defended myself, he makes this statement.

He should of made that statement first! I write the way English teachers taught me to write in school!

BTW guys, I met someone on here who writes a HUGE wall of text. As far I could see, nobody got on that person for that!

I'm not saying another word about this.
Funny how butthurt people get when you give them simple advice. Especially among a group claiming to advocate patience.
And I love how you did the "and then he said" public scolding approach 😂

This is a good example of a wall of text. (You may haft to scroll up to the top of page)

https://christianchat.com/testimonies/story-time-about-me-getting-saved-more-down-to-earth-version.204962/

I'm not sure even the corrected version would satisfy you.

As I've read some of your posts to me, you seem to be kind of a nit picker. Me on the other hand, I don't care if people write a wall of text. If I think it's important enough, I will print it.

Instead of taking a blunt approach to things, you should take a little more time explaining your intentions. That puts people at ease.

Anyways I just want to forgive you and move on. Besides that, whenever you said something I agreed with, I gave you a "like" or "I agree with you" reaction. I believe in giving people credit where credit is due. And when I think someone is wrong, and it gets in my way, I often tell them. For nearly a quarter of my life, I was bullied in school, and so I hate it when people give me crud, or seems to be nit picking at me.

^ I was having some trouble getting the URL link to work the way I wanted. It kept trying to jump me to the bottom of the discussion. I wanted it to start a the top with the original post. Forums are crazy, every site behaves a little differently.

You sure spend a lot of time talking about it for someone who wants to forgive and move on. Have you become a person who can't take any criticism, advice, or correction at all? Could that maybe be part of the reason why you're still single? Worth thinking about I think.

female teachers at the end of a school day are just generally exhausted

tip...keep a secret stash of chocolate and give them out as treats.

I have done that for one or two of my teachers. But the teacher I was telling you about doesn't hardly eat any chocolate. She's got some kind of a medical problem where she can't or doesn't think she can have that stuff. One time I learned that she liked dark chocolate so I bought her a bunch of different kinds to try. Now that I know that she's got a medical condition, I regret doing that. But my heart was in the right place, I think.

oh, well in that case, flowers
or a pot plant
You might have to water it for her but she'd appreciate the gesture

I've given her many different things. And I've even cleaned her room a little better then some of the others. She loves having her carpet cleaned. The other day I gave her a sticky pad dispenser. I took in to her, and said, I was just thinking about you. She loves the color blue, and the paper is blue. Yeah, I try...

aw thats nice
I dont think the cleaners bother cleaning my library, I wish theyd shampoo my rug and have it smelling nice with baking soda and essential oils

Also, I wish I had one of those hand vacs that do the crannies in the sofa.

I dont like having to ask ppl to do a job for me though if I could do it myself, but as it happens, I cant cos I dont have the right tools

I can't make a comment on your workplace. But I can tell you about mine. A lot doesn't get done because the School doesn't want to pay for enough people to do a good cleaning. In fact we have less people now, then we had when I was first hired. Currently I make less money then people who work making fast food.

I started to move my big circulation desk and got halfway and it wouldnt budge so I called on our caretaker to help, we eventually got it to the door so that was ok. He also fixed some shelves for me.

But otherwise, I dont really need others help.
I think Im bit too self sufficient.

In one job, I was meant to be part of a gardening team but the boss just kind of left me alone all day to do everything myself. Of course it took me longer by myself. But he wasnt going to help me, so if I ended up doing things wrong in his eyes he had no one to blame but himself for not working with me...?!

yea schools can be penny pinchers. I was shocked that my schools only paid cleaner to do a deep clean ONCE a year. They should be paying cleaner to do it end of every term. You know how grubby school kids can be. if did more often it would be cleaner.

I think a lot of it is priorities. Here in the USA the state pays the public school. The public school systems seem to put sports on the highest priorities. Then we just kinda get whatever money is left over. Janitors aren't considered to be important. Kids first, Teachers Second, and then Kitchen workers, and then maybe Janitors.

same in nz

librarians are somewhat below janitors even (we call them caretakers - at least caretakers are paid full time)

despite literacy being ...you know, the reason for education

I have no idea what the librarian here makes. Never had a conversation to find out. Just a couple months ago, our librarian mentioned to me: "You don't talk to me anymore" I replied, that is because every time I try to talk to you, you tell me "I'm too busy". She replied, "Oh yeah, that is true". I was like "Uh ok". :p

That sounds pretty bad.

Dear Heavenly Father,

I ask that things will improve, at work, for Lanolin.

In Jesus Name,
Amen.

you write the librarian a note, because librarians like to read.

Im not sure I get along with all teachers, some teachers are just too bossy lol

also, they need to make everything into a lesson.

sounds like you are courting a teacher though.
