Amazon will reimburse staff in the US who travel for a wide range of non-life threatening medical treatments including elective abortions.
A message to Amazon staff said that the firm will pay up to $4,000 (£3,201) in travel expenses each year for treatments not available nearby.
Several other companies have announced plans that ensure staff have access to abortions.
It comes amid rising restrictions for the procedure nationwide.
Amazon's new benefits are effective retroactively from 1 January.
According to the announcement, first reported by Reuters, the new benefits will apply to treatments that are not available inside a 100-mile (161km) radius of an employee's home and for which virtual options are not available.

Amazon is not the only one... I will be quickly getting ride of the capital one card , I dont use it but i do not want in my wallet

who cares? they are going to use this as an Election boost of red meat to their base. They have nothing to ruin on but emotional radicalism. They can't run on the economy and crime. war, homelessness. They can't fix anything of those issues. Our roads. Higer gas. Higher food cost. NOPE LGBTQ and Abortion is it. 69 Million agree. Now that is a big spirit of stupid.

They are liars, they know they are liars and the whole country can see they are liars.

It won't work.

1. Do you think a single MAGA supporter would vote democrat because of this decision? Of course not.

2. How about those Christians who are pro life but dislike Trump, you think this will cause them to support Trump or some lunatic like Pocahontas?

3. OK, it won't add any votes to the Democrats from the Republicans, but will it mobilize the Democrats to come out in force? Let's consider. Suppose you live in Democrat strongholds like Mass., Ca., or NY -- what difference does this decision make, the laws in your state aren't changing. So the real issue is swing states. Some Democrats will be broke from inflation. Now what is a bigger issue to them, buying groceries or having to drive a hundred miles to get an abortion if you ever needed one? For some it will be abortion, but for the majority it will be buying groceries. Or suppose we have WWIII break out. What is a bigger issue, the war Biden got us into or abortion. Again, for some it will be abortion, but for the majority nuclear holocaust will be a bigger concern.

4. Bottom line Biden will not gain any Republican votes over this and will lose quite a few democrat votes over inflation, war, and the border.

So it won't help them win any elections but it will hurt them by exposing their hypocrisy. Listening to looney tunes wanting to burn down the capital or threaten the lives of SCOTUS or telling us "my body my choice" after approving vaccine mandates, or crying about "women's rights" when they refused to define what a woman was. They claim that 69% of the country supports abortion and yet are in total meltdown that giving this issue to the people to vote on is the same thing as outlawing abortion. They are liars, they know they are liars and the whole country can see they are liars.
