You come into these forums complaining a lot about how your life lacks this or that, how lonely you are and how discouraged you are. If you can express discouragement on the 'net, why can you not read encouragement from it?
I have resonated with much of what I've read from you in the past. I have tried to show you that you are not the only one, and I've tried to be an encouraging brother. If you're going to slap people down for trying to help in the only way that they can, then maybe this is one reason you're alone. Not the only reason, I admit, but a contributing factor for sure.
But, be encouraged! Ha ha. I will never make such an attempt again. Complain away my brother! Go nuts. And, I'll make every effort to ignore it

SC, I see you have suggested you have OCD, have you ever been tested for ASD? The seemingly unwarranted terseness in some of your responses might eminate from that. I'm not aiming to put you down in any way, but am trying to understand you better. That helps us not to be put off by what seems like rude responses from yourself, and still engage with you. The vast majority of people here are only trying to reach out to you and help, they are not out to malign you. Shalom 🙂

Voting is compulsory here or we are fined. I think it is great. It forces everyone to make a decision and vote not take the easy way out and just complain about who is in office. Having said that, who do I vote for? Can I tick other and write in Jesus

The more recently established agreements include the Five Eyes (FVEY) alliance, which is an intelligence alliance comprising Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Then there's the Quadrilateral Security Dialogue (QSD/Quad) strategic security dialogue between Australia, India, Japan, and the United States. And even more recently AUKUS, which is a trilateral security pact between Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
I'm with Ruby, I might pray for the politicians that are supposedly in service to us, but I would prefer to reserve my vote for the Lord Jesus if I could have that choice. I usually go through the bios of the Independents and if I find someone there that has godly qualities then I will vote for them. but I won't vote for any that belong to a political party because their moral compasses are all over the place.

Thanks for sharing this...time will tell if it was a warning from God or not, but I won't be surprised if it pans out that way!
Australia, like the rest of the world I guess, is becoming more and more immoral and generally ungodly. The history of Israel warns us about what happens when God reaches the end of His patience with us.
I believe Jesus talks to us through dreams. I had one many years ago (circa 1988) that was in similar vein to yours in some way, albeit a little different.
In the dream, I saw to the north a big group of symmetrically shaped boulders formed up in a pyramid shape. A man on a tractor had attached a chain to the boulder in the bottom centre of the pile, and was attempting to pull it free. I remember me thinking in the dream, 'Why are you doing that for, can't you see that the whole structure will tumble down?' But he went ahead and pulled the boulder out and the pile pulled apart and all the boulders rolled away and from each other. In the next instance I saw a huge boulder tumbling down from the north towards where I was standing. I felt fear as I had nowhere to run and hide, and felt it would crush me. Then as I stared at this pending doom, just before that boulder from the north reached me, a bigger one came in from the east and stood between me and it, and I sheltered in its lee. That was the end of the dream.

It certainly increases the things on your "to do" list esp if it is only for 3 months which I will know at the end of 3 months.
I can be very rigid with some things and tend not to like change so this is a big deal for me compared to those who are more flexible.
But knowing this God did prepare me with two dreams concerning this beforehand. One has come to pass two or so weeks ago and one is currently taking place. He knows what I am like and prepares me mentally/emotionally beforehand. Not with everything though. I did not know my mum would pass away so suddenly. Maybe that is a good thing as I reflect now on it.

If the dream was from God, I think it might refer to Australia being under attack, as well as we receiving help for our protection and survival.
The dream occurred a few years before the break up of the USSR, but I don't think the dream was foretelling that. I think it was foretelling of the break up of a unity of states, and I suspect that is to do with the Common Market, aka EU. The fellow on the tractor was dressed in farmer's attire. I think the large boulder tumbling from the north towards me, and that was actually on the land I was standing on, is representative of Australia being invaded by a large nation that dwells to the north of us. The boulder that came in from my right, from the east, is representative of an even more capable and stronger nation than the one attacking us from the north, and it will help protect us from being overrun. Time will tell of the dream's source and efficacy, and my interpretation of it!

not sure if seeking christ is talking to me or what
but, I dont read every single post of his to know his whole life story, like his is the only post on the forum and everyone should automically understand his situation. Sorry. If he cant accept that then not sure what his problem is or why hes complaining about it on here.
