To be honest - I really don't know what to believe when it comes to 'He-Said-She-Said' Divorce Scenarios NOT to mention when Mud Slinging begins to be thrown back and forth during the midst of a Global Information Warfare where Mis-Information and Dis-Information are all apart of the DS Game Plan to DIVIDE OUR FORCES...

Q clearance or Q access authorization is the security clearance required to access Top Secret Restricted Data, Formerly Restricted Data, and National Security Information, as well as Secret Restricted Data. Restricted Data (RD) is defined in the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 and covers nuclear weapons and related materials.
