A cigarette is relaxing. Feels so assuring and warm in my fingers. Found myself smoking more with all the awful news of the last 2 days.
Well keep away from Schools and Americans with Guns and you are safer

I'm a 4th year nursing student. I understand the risks and the last two years of my practical training have had me in Covid wards and ICUs. Sometimes the demands of the academics and the practicals is stressing so an occasional cigarette is a way to step back and relax.

Later today I will be poolside in my bikini and having a cigarette to escape the stresses.
aw, man... you ALMOST made it.... cigarettes are ok, but you most certainly can't wear a bikini and be a Christian...

Most anti smoking Christians use the "Your body is a temple" argument. But then again, most of them eat fast food, which in my opinion is just as bad as smoking. What about tattoos? my pastor was in the navy in the 50's and has some Ink, what is the consensus on that?
Yes... and those folks conveniently leave out the rest of that scripture.... "every other sin that a man commits is outside the body, but the man that commits adultery sins against his body..." that scripture is condemning adultery as the sin that corrupts your "temple".... pick and choose.... :sneaky:

I think he was joking he wasn't really condemning. None of us can condemn another . that is to the LORD.
IF you have Holy Spirit He will let you know when you wrong. IF you don't have Holy Spirit it don't matter if you do wrong.

No don't mind your opinion. Guess a more modest style swimsuit is preferred.
no... not by me. I'm ok with nearly any kind of swimwear.... I was being sarcastic toward the "condemners"....
there are limits, of course, but it's mostly up to the person wearing it... and their conscience... (y)(y)

No I feel safer with Cigarettes than anyone with a Gun
You are MUCH more likely to be hurt by a cigarette than by any of my guns. Do other inanimate objects frighten you, as well?
