Sorry, but #3 is true.
Back in 1979 (the year that I graduated high school), two former classmates of mine and I attended a New York Jets vs. Buffalo Bills game at Shea Stadium (it's no longer there) in Flushing, NY.
During the 4th quarter of the game, we decided to run across the field and to then climb over the outfield wall (the NY Mets used to play there as well) to exit/escape.
Well, I was the fastest of the three of us, so I was leading the pack. The next thing that I knew, I was lying on the ground and holding my head that was spinning.
What happened?
Well, one of my former classmates who had set the high school record earlier that year for the most quarterback sacks by a defensive end in school history decided to add another tackle to his resume. He tackled me from behind, and I fell to the ground and hit my head pretty hard on the field (the game was in November, and the field was pretty hard because it was cold out that day). As I began to come back to my senses (I was almost knocked unconscious), I looked in front of me and saw my two former classmates beginning to climb over the outfield wall. As I looked behind me, I saw a bunch of Police Officers racing towards me to arrest me.
I took off running again, and I barely cleared the outfield wall before they grabbed me.
Did you really think that a bear would be caught in a gorilla suit?
Come on.
Everybody knows that bears rule and gorillas drool.
Anyhow, now that I'm saved, I really don't pay sports of any kind any mind.
I really wanted to give two truths pertaining to God since I've been saved, but I've had so many unusual (although they have parallels in scripture) things happen to me that I didn't think anyone would even believe me.

These are mine...
1. I pay all of my taxes.
2. When I was 18, I stupidly succumbed to peer pressure and was an accomplice in a small liquor store robbery.
3. I got into the 3D animation / visual effects industry with almost no formal education in the field.

Au contraire. We New Yawkas do tons of walking. Brooklyn Bridge in particular is often filled with walkers, joggers, bikers, etc. What we are not known for is owning cars (and yet with 8+ million people, the city's still filled with cars). I've traversed the Brooklyn Bridge once, if not twice. I've walked from midtown to the WTC and back as far as 23rd Street.

I thought that you might get a kick out of the Jets game story since you seem to be "Mr. Jets fan" yourself.
In my youth, I spent a lot of time at Shea Stadium. I went to a lot of Mets games there, and several Jets games as well with my father.
My parents separated when I was twelve years old, and for many years I was the only child (I was number 8 out of 9) who stayed in contact with my father. When they separated, he actually moved into an apartment in Flushing, NY (I grew up in New Jersey), so we spent a lot of time around that area when I visited him. It used to be so cold sometimes at the Jets games in the winter, especially in that Shea Stadium could be a bit of a wind tunnel at times, that sometimes my dad and I would have to leave the games at halftime in order to keep from freezing to death.
Anyhow, like I said, now that I'm a Christian, I really don't have any desire for sports which are basically rooted and grounded in such things as pride, violence, and even greed.

I love sports myself. Good healthy competition. Boys being boys. Sin is everywhere, can even be found in the church.
Anyway, went to a Jets game back in the late 80s I believe. FREEEEZZZING. Could not feel my toes. That the Jets were getting Godzilla'd by another team was just too much to sit through that for.
