Brother, I believe you missed my point. The Bible has already been translated into the English language, by expert translators. Therefore, there is no need to re-translate the Bible.
So my question for you....
Why do you think they try to change the meaning of verses, verses which have already been translated?

My answer to this question...
Instead of making their teachings conform to what the Bible teaches, they change the Bible, to conform to their teachings. My young friend...you don't want to go down that road.

Paul also wrote you with the wisdom that God gave him. He writes the same way in all his letters, speaking in them of these matters. His letters contain some things that are hard to understand, which ignorant and unstable people distort, as they do the other Scriptures, to their own destruction.
(2 Peter 3:15-16)
So you say, the bible says, after rebirth in Christ

Then please tell me exactly what you think 1John 3 9-10 means to you, or the correct interpretation of it.

I read 1 Chronicles 17:27, and I didn't see where it says anything about making the Sabbath a day of assembly.
Did you give me the wrong verse?
Well anyway, thanks for your help. I think I figured out where the church got it.

Jesus left there….. When the Sabbath came, he began to teach in the synagogue…
(Mark 6:1-2)

Jesus taught on the Sabbath, so that’s probably where the tradition started.

Exactly what it says…those who are born of God, do not sin, they can not sin because they are born of God.
Many dismiss this teaching simply because they have not experienced it.
Why?
They follow the doctrines of men, not the salvation teachings of Jesus Christ.
If they followed what Jesus taught…they wouldn’t need to change it.

he taught there because that is where the jews were gathered. Paul did the same thing when he met in the city. Then when he gathered the church together it was not the same

I was a sinner, But since I have been born of God…,going on 21 years, I no longer sin.

But I really don’t expect you to believe me, even though that is exactly what Jesus taught

Oh…I’m not agreeing with it, just wanted to understand where it came from.
Much like they take the Holy Spirit and made him into a dove

The Gospel is very clear that those who claim to have no sin are liars! 1 John 1:8–10: “If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.”

I suggest you read these verses:
1 John 1-
6 If we claim to have fellowship with him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth.
7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin.
8 If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us.
9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.
10 If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar and his word is not in us.
But I really don’t expect you to believe me, even though that is exactly what Jesus taught
So you mean John was ignorant of what Jesus taught??????

I think v.8 applies here.

And he continued, “You have a fine way of setting aside the commands of God in order to observe your own traditions!
Christ never objected to the Pharisees observing the Sabbath as a day of gathering in their synagogues. And since we read that God sanctified, hallowed, and blessed the Sabbath, there is no change in that. Had it been in violation of God's intentions, Christ would have brought it up. Indeed it was the custom of Jesus of Nazareth to attend synagogue meetings.

Luke 4:16 And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read.

That seems like just enough of a line to be confused. Part of me wants to beliwve you. Becaise repentance is turning from sin, and faith can move mountians. Ill have to look into this, but itll flip my theology around all kinds of ways.

When a person says he does not sin anymore, is he saying he doesn't sin at all, or is he saying he no longer practices sinning for pleasure anymore because he hates it?

Romans 7:14-25 (NASB)
14 For we know that the Law is spiritual, but I am of flesh, sold into bondage to sin.
15 For what I am doing, I do not understand; for I am not practicing what I would like to do, but I am doing the very thing I hate.
16 But if I do the very thing I do not want to do, I agree with the Law, confessing that the Law is good.
17 So now, no longer am I the one doing it, but sin which dwells in me.
18 For I know that nothing good dwells in me, that is, in my flesh; for the willing is present in me, but the doing of the good is not.
19 For the good that I want, I do not do, but I practice the very evil that I do not want.
20 But if I am doing the very thing I do not want, I am no longer the one doing it, but sin which dwells in me.
21 I find then the principle that evil is present in me, the one who wants to do good.
22 For I joyfully concur with the law of God in the inner man,
23 but I see a different law in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin which is in my members.
24 Wretched man that I am! Who will set me free from the body of this death?
25 Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, on the one hand I myself with my mind am serving the law of God, but on the other, with my flesh the law of sin.

From what Paul says in proper context, our saved inner man doesn't sin, while the fleshly outer man does.
I may not have the eloquence to explain it, but the Bible does plainly say it. So it must be true.

It's true...but as I said, I don't expect you or anyone to believe me. It's something a Christian must experience for themselves to believe. And I'm glad you aren't listening to the nay sayers. I expect people to get angry, because they know, if what I say is true, they have not been saved. And still, anything they say...doesn't make (1 John 3:9-10) a lie....now does it?

There are signs, so one will know when they are born of God. These signs, are what gives you an assurance of your salvation. The most obvious one, for me,.... Sin was no longer a temptation. Ever since the first day I received the gift of the Holy Spirt, I had a sin, a sin that I couldn't overcome. And I didn't know how to overcome it. I battled this sin for 20 years, following church doctrine, a church I left after about 2 years. They said I was saved..but I surely didn't feel saved. Then, on my 41st birthday, overwhelmed with depression, I got down on my knees and asked God to show me the way.

Now I really didn't expect anything to happen, but 6 months later, after following the Holy Spirit. I was born of God...biblically born of God. To be honest, I didn't know what had happened. But that sin, the sin I had battled for those 20 years....was gone. I didn't know what had happened at that time, because I didn't read nor understand the bible back then.
What was the sin?
Like most men...it was my lust for women. Everyone who has been given the gift of the Holy Spirit, has a sin, a sin much like the one I had. If you would like to overcome it, follow the Holy Spirit.
How?
Simply get into the habit of confessing your sin.
Unconfessed sin, Unforgiven sin...separates us from God, and his light so we can see into the darkness.
Simply put, before a confession, its like standing in a pitch black room dark room full of snakes.
If you can't see them, you are not afraid of them, are you?
But your reaction is much different should the light be turned on.
When you stand in Gods light, sin will have a similar effect on you.

Brother I'm a practical teacher...meaning I don't expect you to believe me, but if you do what I tell you to do, God will prove everything I say.
For example...Confess your sin before God today, stand in the light, and take notice of all the sin you didn't notice before. Where there was no guilt..now there is guilt over sin, over every sin.
With this one event, I have even made believers out of atheists by challenging them to do this.

Why would an atheist pray to a God they don't believe in?
Because they too want to know the Truth. Now of course they don't do this in front of me, but when they get all alone and do it. I get a call that day..or the next day and they confirm what I told them would happen....actually happened.

Brother, I am not asking folks to follow me...but to follow the spirit. And if they have any questions, after the confession, I will be here to give them the answers. Without the light...??

Nope. You drive a car, you have faith in that car's manufacturer; you use an iPhone, you have faith in Apple; you eat a meal, you have faith in the cook, the retailer and the farmer; you ask a friend to run an errand, you have faith in that friend. We live by faith everyday without awareness, but obviously none of those is saving faith sustained by the spirit instead of sight or might. As you said, we are saved by grace through faith - in Christ, and works and deeds are living proof of that salvation. There gotta be at least some change from those sinful, destructive behaviors, a relief from the past issues, at least some improvement. If there's nothing, then how could one claim that he's saved? Saved from what?
All you have to ask people, is if they have the Holy Spirit in them? I asked this to my physical family and they remain silent. Wonder how many are honest, since I assume more than 99% of the world's population are nonelects=God did not write their names in the Lamb's book of life before the world was created.

At the end of the day, the key to salvation is a good, healthy, vibrant RELATIONSHIP with God - through Jesus. Can the love of a woman be earned? Not really. You can earn her favor, but not her love. She may love you for your status, your position, you look, your knowledge, but what makes her fall in love with you for - YOU? And ultimately walk down the aisle? It has to be commitment and character.

The Bible says the Holy Spirit descended on Jesus like a dove, not that the Holy Spirit looked like a dove. So because of this, this comparison, we have a dove representing the Holy Spirit.

Actually it’s both.
Just for knowledge, repent means to turn from sin, by trying to keep Gods commandments…whatever he puts in your heart and mind. Repentance is when you actually feel sorrow over sin, sorrow which is there because through your relationship with God you have come to love him, and because of this love, you want to serve him, and sin does not serve God.
