Who else on here when on the chat get pesky dudes PM you. Tonight I have had at least 10 guys from Pakistan or other such locations PM me and what my complete background info. What is up with that?

I get that sometimes too when I'm in chat. I answer them and talk to them but if they are looking for donations i tell them I wish I could afford to donate, but can't at this time (which the Lord knows is true).

Whenever i go into the chat room i go down the list of guys and see which ones are from pakistan or iran or any of those other weird countries and go ahead and push the ignore button. Cause without a doubt one or all of them will pm me and ask stupid questions and say stupid things.

Yep, hit the ignore button. Or, do as I do and just ignore their PM's. I warn people in my PM chat window that I won't talk to them if they are strangers - ie: I have never chatted with them before. They give up if you ignore them too ;-)

Awww you people are being a tad un-christianlike. At least talk to some of them. They don't bite. You might even learn something about whats going on in their part of the world. You know, in India and Pakistan christians are being persecuted like criminals. There were christians who were burned to death in their own homes in India a couple years ago and their only crime was being christian. You might be the only christian that some of these folks in the chat room get to talk with openly about christianity. I met two wonderful women in the chatroom through PMs who were from India and Pakistan. One is the wife of a preacher and another is a teacher at a very poor orphanage in Pakistan and they are both wonderful people and did not beg me for money. The woman from India has a son who lives in the US and she is very proud of him and tells me how much she can't wait to visit him one day. You can't just shut the rest of the world out like that. I mean you can, but aren't we christians? Aren't we supposed to be the ones with compassion and kindness? Ok, I'm done with my little rant

I understand where your coming from. However its different with a woman from india messaging a man then it is a man messaging a woman.

I think this happens to all the ladies on here...but I must agree with Zero...I have met at least one very nice guy from Pakistan and one guy from India and a lady from Egypt (all of whom I speak to when I see them on). There have been other nice people all around the world I have spoken to, but also some informing me they need to marry an American girl so they can come to the US. I guess I would say...give some people a chance at first. If their intentions are not good, and they will not have good conversation, then you can ignore or tell them you will not chat...

I honestly get what your saying and for the record I have taken the time to talk to several of of them. There are some who are Honest to God good people and have not asked me for money or to go visit them. However, there are also some who have made me uncomfortable with all the questions that they ask. Those people have been ignored.
It is frustrating that within maybe 10 minutes of entering the chat room to have several of them PM me and all want to chat at the same time. I will give them 5 to 10 minutes to talk to me but if they are not talking about things I feel comfortable about sharing then I Ignore them. It is not my Christian duty to be asked invasive questions by complete strangers.

Well, I think I know what you mean now. I was in chat and got Pm' almost immediatly.. and then by 4 people..pheww.. I can't type that fast lol. so I came straight back out.

The problem is many of them are married men, mostly they focus on women, single or married, though some do PM men as well. Almost daily i hear one female friend or another complain that so-and-so from india/pakistan is PMing them and asking them personal information.
Personally i tend to get a lot of filipino women PMing me. At first i thought it was coincidence and tried to be friendly. But i noticed it became more and more frequent, and that none of them showed any interest in me after they find out i don't have much money. Now i just don't answer them.
