There was a cult in downtown Toronto that went on this thought. They wore long, purple robes.
Fallen angels and demons are different than humans. Their judgement is different. This is something I accept because of what scripture says. The enemy is evil, vile, disgusting, the raper and murderer of babies. Satan knowingly caused the fall of man. There's no chance of redemption for this one. God says this, not me.

The bible is written through, to and for humans. Therefore the 'all' is clearly meant for humans alone.

To your point, we read:
Hebrews chapter 2
[14] Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;
[15] And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.
[16] For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham.
[17] Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.
[18] For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.
In his incarnation, Jesus "took NOT on him the nature of angels".
In other words, he died for "partakers of flesh and blood".
There is no redemption offered to fallen angels/demons anywhere in the Bible.

28 When Jesus arrived at the other side in the region of the Gadarenes, two demon-possessed men coming from the tombs met Him. They were so violent that no-one could pass that way.
29 “What do You want with us, Son of God?” they shouted. “Have You come here to torture us before the appointed time?”
Both Satan and demons know that a time of torment awaits them.
For example, we read:
Matthew chapter 8
[28] And when he was come to the other side into the country of the Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with devils, coming out of the tombs, exceeding fierce, so that no man might pass by that way.
[29] And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time?
[30] And there was a good way off from them an herd of many swine feeding.
[31] So the devils besought him, saying, If thou cast us out, suffer us to go away into the herd of swine.
[32] And he said unto them, Go. And when they were come out, they went into the herd of swine: and, behold, the whole herd of swine ran violently down a steep place into the sea, and perished in the waters.
[33] And they that kept them fled, and went their ways into the city, and told every thing, and what was befallen to the possessed of the devils.
[34] And, behold, the whole city came out to meet Jesus: and when they saw him, they besought him that he would depart out of their coasts.
Here, we see devils/demons beseeching Jesus to not "torment us before the time" (vs. 29). In other words, they know that there is an appointed time for their torment.
We see this same principle in relation to Satan and his angels.
Again, we read:
Revelation chapter 12
[7] And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
[8] And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
[9] And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
[10] And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
[11] And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
[12] Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
When this yet-future war takes place in the heavenlies, Satan and his angels will be cast down to this earth, and Satan will come down "having great wrath because he knows that he has but a short time" (vs. 12).
Again, Satan and his angels know that there is an appointed time for their torment, and here is their final end:
"And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever." (Revelation 20:10)
Along these same lines, we read:
"Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: " (Matthew 25:41)
Everlasting fire, and NOT redemption, is what has been "prepared for the devil and his angels".
Turning to Mark's gospel, we read:
Mark chapter 5
[1] And they came over unto the other side of the sea, into the country of the Gadarenes.
[2] And when he was come out of the ship, immediately there met him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit,
[3] Who had his dwelling among the tombs; and no man could bind him, no, not with chains:
[4] Because that he had been often bound with fetters and chains, and the chains had been plucked asunder by him, and the fetters broken in pieces: neither could any man tame him.
[5] And always, night and day, he was in the mountains, and in the tombs, crying, and cutting himself with stones.
[6] But when he saw Jesus afar off, he ran and worshipped him,
[7] And cried with a loud voice, and said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of the most high God? I adjure thee by God, that thou torment me not.
[8] For he said unto him, Come out of the man, thou unclean spirit.
Again, we see the unclean spirit or demon in this man begging Jesus to "torment me not" (vs. 7).
We gain a better understanding of exactly what the demons were afraid of in Luke's account.
We read:
Luke chapter 8
[26] And they arrived at the country of the Gadarenes, which is over against Galilee.
[27] And when he went forth to land, there met him out of the city a certain man, which had devils long time, and ware no clothes, neither abode in any house, but in the tombs.
[28] When he saw Jesus, he cried out, and fell down before him, and with a loud voice said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God most high? I beseech thee, torment me not.
[29] (For he had commanded the unclean spirit to come out of the man. For oftentimes it had caught him: and he was kept bound with chains and in fetters; and he brake the bands, and was driven of the devil into the wilderness.)
[30] And Jesus asked him, saying, What is thy name? And he said, Legion: because many devils were entered into him.
[31] And they besought him that he would not command them to go out into the deep.
Same scenario, but with a bit more information.
Again, the devils or demons besought Jesus to "torment me not" (vs. 28) while beseeching him "that he would not command them to go out into the deep" (vs. 31).
The underlying Greek word which is here translated as "deep" is "abyssos", from which we derive our English word "abyss":

This same underlying Greek word is translated as "the bottomless pit" several times in the book of Revelation (Rev. 9:1-2, 11, 11:7, 17:8, 20:1, 3).
Apparently, during his three days and three night in the heart of the earth, Jesus stopped there at some point in time because Paul said that Christ was raised from "the deep" (abyssos):
Romans chapter 10
[6] But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above)
[7] Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead)
[8] But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
[9] That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
[10] For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Anyhow, NOWHERE in the Bible is redemption offered to Satan or his angels.

Jesus created everything.

Initially, or prior to their rebellion against God, they were created in a "very good" condition.
As far as what they do is concerned, you might find the following interesting:
II Chronicles chapter 18
[1] Now Jehoshaphat had riches and honour in abundance, and joined affinity with Ahab.
[2] And after certain years he went down to Ahab to Samaria. And Ahab killed sheep and oxen for him in abundance, and for the people that he had with him, and persuaded him to go up with him to Ramoth-gilead.
[3] And Ahab king of Israel said unto Jehoshaphat king of Judah, Wilt thou go with me to Ramoth-gilead? And he answered him, I am as thou art, and my people as thy people; and we will be with thee in the war.
[4] And Jehoshaphat said unto the king of Israel, Inquire, I pray thee, at the word of the LORD to day.
[5] Therefore the king of Israel gathered together of prophets four hundred men, and said unto them, Shall we go to Ramoth-gilead to battle, or shall I forbear? And they said, Go up; for God will deliver it into the king's hand.
[6] But Jehoshaphat said, Is there not here a prophet of the LORD besides, that we might inquire of him?

[31] And it came to pass, when the captains of the chariots saw Jehoshaphat, that they said, It is the king of Israel. Therefore they compassed about him to fight: but Jehoshaphat cried out, and the LORD helped him; and God moved them to depart from him.
[32] For it came to pass, that, when the captains of the chariots perceived that it was not the king of Israel, they turned back again from pursuing him.
[33] And a certain man drew a bow at a venture, and smote the king of Israel between the joints of the harness: therefore he said to his chariot man, Turn thine hand, that thou mayest carry me out of the host; for I am wounded.
[34] And the battle increased that day: howbeit the king of Israel stayed himself up in his chariot against the Syrians until the even: and about the time of the sun going down he died.
You'll find a parallel account in I Kings chapter 22.
demons don't repent. Nor do those in hell. And heaven would not be heaven to a demon or the wicked dead. They have no interest in anything but sin.
He couldn't do it I would think. Nature is such he is forever doomed. Same with demons. They know who Jesus is... they do not follow Him though.
He most certainly did.
With such in mind, consider the following as well:
I Samuel chapter 16
[14] But the Spirit of the LORD departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the LORD troubled him.
[15] And Saul's servants said unto him, Behold now, an evil spirit from God troubleth thee.
[16] Let our lord now command thy servants, which are before thee, to seek out a man, who is a cunning player on an harp: and it shall come to pass, when the evil spirit from God is upon thee, that he shall play with his hand, and thou shalt be well.
[17] And Saul said unto his servants, Provide me now a man that can play well, and bring him to me.
[18] Then answered one of the servants, and said, Behold, I have seen a son of Jesse the Bethlehemite, that is cunning in playing, and a mighty valiant man, and a man of war, and prudent in matters, and a comely person, and the LORD is with him.
[19] Wherefore Saul sent messengers unto Jesse, and said, Send me David thy son, which is with the sheep.
[20] And Jesse took an ass laden with bread, and a bottle of wine, and a kid, and sent them by David his son unto Saul.
[21] And David came to Saul, and stood before him: and he loved him greatly; and he became his armourbearer.
[22] And Saul sent to Jesse, saying, Let David, I pray thee, stand before me; for he hath found favour in my sight.
[23] And it came to pass, when the evil spirit from God was upon Saul, that David took an harp, and played with his hand: so Saul was refreshed, and was well, and the evil spirit departed from him.
Turning to the New Testament, there is this to consider as well:
II Thessalonians chapter 2
[8] And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
[9] Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
[10] And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
[11] And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
[12] That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
Who sends the "strong delusion that they should believe a lie"?
God does...just like he did in the days of Ahab.
For what served him only in this regard:

If people "receive not the love of the truth, that they might be saved" or "believe not the truth, but have pleasure in unrighteousness", then "God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie"...just like he did in the days of King Ahab. God sent a true prophet to King Ahab, and Ahab HATED HIM:
II Chronicles chapter 18

The same principle applies with King Saul who we looked at earlier.
Didn't God plead with King Saul through Samuel the prophet?
Yes, he most certainly did.
If we rebel against God enough times, then God will just deliver us over to Satan/demons or to a strong delusion.
God said:
Isaiah chapter 66
[1] Thus saith the LORD, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: where is the house that ye build unto me? and where is the place of my rest?
[2] For all those things hath mine hand made, and those things have been, saith the LORD: but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word.
[3] He that killeth an ox is as if he slew a man; he that sacrificeth a lamb, as if he cut off a dog's neck; he that offereth an oblation, as if he offered swine's blood; he that burneth incense, as if he blessed an idol. Yea, they have chosen their own ways, and their soul delighteth in their abominations.
[4] I also will choose their delusions, and will bring their fears upon them; because when I called, none did answer; when I spake, they did not hear: but they did evil before mine eyes, and chose that in which I delighted not.
[5] Hear the word of the LORD, ye that tremble at his word; your brethren that hated you, that cast you out for my name's sake, said, Let the LORD be glorified: but he shall appear to your joy, and they shall be ashamed.
If we go long enough without answering God's call or without hearing his voice while continuing to do evil before his eyes or choosing that in which he delights not, then GOD WILL CHOOSE OUR DELUSIONS.
Look, if God chooses your delusion, you're toast.
God's not playing games...but MULTITUDES of professing "Christians" are.
I'm not specifically accusing you of the same, but I've personally encountered THOUSANDS of professing "Christians" who fall into that category.

Those verses aren't referring to the demons or even Lucifer who serve God. They're referring to those whom God plagues using Lucifer and his demons. Us. Those verses pertain to humans.

I misunderstood your post in my haste (I'm juggling a few different things at the moment).

To your actual point, this is what angels were originally created by God to perform:
"Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?" (Hebrews 1:14)
The writer here was citing from the following psalm:
"Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire:" (Psalm 104:4)
Since their rebellion against God, God still uses them to perform his purposes.
Now, they're basically used to deceive those who hate God and the truth.
Basically, God is just giving the people what they want.
In other words, if they don't want him, the one true God, then the only "other gods" are Satan and demons.
The choice is ultimately ours.
