This was possibly the finding of a self-described Jewish Professor, who studied the history of religious practices as they involved accusations against "Jews" for misbehavior. But that book has been banned from most discussion. And he really is "Jewish" mother and father, and faith and all.
there are pocket size complete Bibles but not sure if they are from gideons. i just know a jew would not want a New Testament unless they were Messianic.
But as explained, this is the post-Vatican II conciliar Churchagogue, not the original Catholic Church.

i can't find the actual gideon timeline if they did or not but i am finding other publications of the Old Testament from 1898 till now. i just assumed gideon did pocket sized Bibles but there were others doing them also.
