One of the things i find interesting about this Christian Forum, is how many people who are in there 40's and not married. I don't recall any place I've been online or offline that has as many people in this age group not married.

I don't understand how come so many Christian people are having such trouble finding a mate. I don't include myself in this observation because I got some weird problems, that I don't think most people here have... But anyways, I just felt like saying something about this observation.

I was trying to find the Jordan Peterson video that talks about this subject. Maybe the standards and expectations are very different? I wonder if your weird problem is the same as my weird problem :)

I do listen to Jordan Peterson, He's a very interesting guy! But I don't listen to him all the time. Most of his videos are really long, and He's not always Bible solid. He comes from a secular point of view that at least respects the Bible as a myth of stories that is capable of teaching us stuff. At least that is what I get out of him. I've been listening to his old lectures on Genesis. If I'm not mistaken, He did these lectures before He got sick. Now I think his sickness and his wife's cancer recovery, seems to be challenging his beliefs even more. I've also listened to some of his more recent podcasts as well.

Anyways, I would need to get to know you better before I could tell if your weird problem and my weird problem are the same or not. :)

I think JP has in recent times converted to Christianity and it was due to his wife having that Christian belief. I watch JP here and there but the interest increased after learning of his search for the truth, he could no longer deny Christ.

NP re: the weird problem, mine probably needs a whole new forum to bore everyone with the details :)

He seems to believe in Christianity on an emotional basis. But on a logical basis He still seems to struggle. That's my take on it. :)

I think you should post your details. Because in order to get to know you, we also need to know that. Of course if your not comfortable posting it publicly, you can private message me, and tell me. If it's really long, I'll just print it and read it carefully. At the end of the day, it's whatever you want to do. :)
