There are so many posts about the negative effects of past relationships. I thought it might be helpful to stop and ponder the POSITIVE things we've learned from past relationships that will be helpful in the future. And "positive" may vary from one perspective to another. 
Positive things I've learned:
I'm stronger than I ever thought
My heart might break, but it also bounces
Some things are worth the risk
People who have hurt me weren't necessarily bad, just not right for me
Not now doesn't mean never
I'm fine on my own, but God knows I'm better when I'm not
If I don't deal with the negatives and allow them to consume me, I will set myself up to fail
Just when I think I've lost the best thing ever, God has a better thing in mind
