No! They are not! You are making God a liar and cruel one at that!! smh God did not create a people to be destroyed, and if He did, that would be a god I would not wish to serve. Thank God He says He wishes none to perish. I take Him at His Word.
You are interpreting 2 Pet 3:9 wrongly. 2 Pet 1:1 tells us who Peter is directing his warning to, and it is to them that have obtained like precious faith. Peter even includes himself by using the word "US-WARD". Perish = death = separation/. When we commit a sin, we separate ourselves from fellowship with God, temporary, until we repent.
Christ death is a saving death because those for whom He died, or suffered, it brings them to God. That means it effects conversion to God 1 Pet 3:18
18 For Christ also hath once suffered[or died] for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:
Those He died for, likewise will be quickened by the Spirit. Thats what begins their conversion or being brought to God. 24

Christ did so much more than dying for sin and making Salvation possible or available to all mankind, thats such a false teaching, However what He did do for them He died for, Gods Elect, He absolutely put away their sin before God Heb 9:26

Christs saving death is saving/salvation because it gives life, and that more abundantly. Jn 10:10-11

Then He gives us in Vs 11 the cause and ground of that giving them life, because He giveth His Life [meaning His substitutionary death] for them the Sheep. His death for them, ensures them having [experientially] life and that more in abundant.

There are no verses that teach that Christ ONLY died for some (whatever name you want to use).
There are many verses that teach that Christ died for everyone, and none of the verses have contexts that show that "everyone/all" means less than everyone.

The other poster MIS-quoted John 10:15. He had "lay down My life for MY sheep" when the verse says "THE sheep".
That is a big error.
Both Faith and Repentance are the fruit of Christs Death and our reconciliation to Him. All for whom He died have been reconciled to God Rom 5:10

This poster is just making up stuff. There are no verses that say what he keep claiming.
In fact, ALL the human race (world) has been reconciled to God in Christ. 2 Cor 5:19. And don't forget to look at v.14 and 15, both of which say in plain words that Jesus Christ died for all.
The results of the saving death of Christ is redemptive and so it effects the gathering of all Gods chosen people from around the world Ps 107:1-3

3 And gathered them out of the lands, from the east, and from the west, from the north, and from the south.
