I don't remember reading that in the agreement. I know it says large dogs aren't allowed.
 
I had a beautiful Border Collie when I was a kid. We had to give her away after she bit 3 people. I was very sad.
 
I grew up with a German shepherd-collie. He looked like a German shepherd but was white and gold and a little smaller than a German shepherd.
 
He was neat. I think he might have bit someone, too. Shortly after that they passed a law in my little city that you had to keep your dogs on leash.
