You seem to be the one who is the most obsessed with Trump, I would guess 10% of your posts refer to him, that would be over 100 times!
I am not obsessed with trump, I am greatly concerned about the believers who will be drawn away from their faith as a result of following this false prophet and his minions.

You do know, right, that first off most Christians aren't Tim Lahaye-style Christians and your allusion to Trump being the anti-Christ is just silly to most people.

Whenever you're ready to have an adult conversation give a shout. Until then, good day to you.
Trump is an opportunist who will jump on any bandwagon that suits him at the moment

Fair enough.

What about those who support Cruz/McConnel and their kind? Still mammon hoarders, self idolaters, worker abusers, liars and deceivers, abandoners of the sick and poor...

Not that the dems are any better.

It's time to stop supporting the lesser evil!
Anyone that votes will have to judge who is the lesser evil.
You seem to put the Reps. as the more evil while I place the Dems. there.

The left deceives the world. The world cannot turn from Jesus because they don't have Him.

The right deceives believers. Believers CAN turn away from Jesus.

Imho, yes that makes the right more dangerous

Makeya a little wager here ... lord trump will be hit with things that would politically kill anyone else, and he will arise from the ashes to take the win in 24 riding a "Christian" wave.

One of his first acts will be to broker a deal that allows the Israelis to rebuild their temple. "Christians" around the world will cheer.

Then in 3 1/5 years when it's finished, he'll move in.

Dollars to drachmas, there's no other way this can play out.

I am a registered Republican and never vote for a Democrat under any circumstances because of a good number of certain moral convictions
. That being said, two of the worst Presidents that this country has ever had were George W. Bush and Donald Trump.

Bush was elected with a majority of Republicans in both the House and Senate. The economy was really in good shape. The USA was at peace. By the time Bush was finished, we were at war in the Mideast looking for weapons of mass destruction that didn't exist. The entire US economy was on the verge of bankruptcy, the banks and major corporations needed to be bailed out and the stock market collapsed causing millions of retirees to lose their savings. Bush did such a poor job at running the country that, After two terms, the US citzenry tossed the Republicans out of the Presidency, House, and Senate and Obama and the Dems took over everything for the next 8 years.

Trump also got elected and had a majority of Republicans in the House and Senate. He actually did a fairly good job with appointing Supreme Court Justices, with the economy, and with 4 years of peace for the country. Unfortunately Trump, unlike Reagan, had absolutely no tact. Trump managed to insult almost every race and nationality. He was so abrasive toward others that people who never voted rushed out to the voting booth to vote against Trump for personal reasons. Trump even went so far as to insult and debase Republican and American war hero John McCain as he was sick and dying. As with Bush, when Trump finished his term, the Presidency, House, and Senate were in Democratic hands. For how long I don't know.

If the Republicans want to win back the presidency in 2024, they need to jettison Trump into the dustbin of history. There are many other younger Republicans who would make a much better presidential run.

Reasonable enough (wow where did that come from lol)

Trump's SCOTUS picks - I was actually good with them until they proved they were willing to lie to get a seat.

I think the whole debate about Trump is completely hypocritical.

For example, let's say someone who thinks Trump is terrible were to run for president. The other candidate has a war chest of several hundred million dollars to spend so they spend 100 million dollars to destroy your campaign.

1. They hire the best smear team on the planet.

First thing they do is dig through everything in your record for your entire life to find anything they could use. The things they say don't have to be true, they just have to be plausible or believable to the general public. Since you are running for president everything you have ever done is fair game and I don't have to interpret events the way you want, I can interpret them anyway I want.

Now you can try and respond, but it will also cost you $100 million which you don't have and then all we ever see is you trying to defend yourself and you look weak and clearly enough smoke to assume there is a fire.

But the professional smear team doesn't stop there, any thing you have ever said will be used against you in the court of public opinion.

Also, the best smear team will always employ liars. Maybe someone who went to college with you, or has some obscure connection to you that can be documented. They can hire these ones to lie. You don't need a lot, but a few liars will be really effective. Now you can come forward and say "that's a lie". You can spend more of your campaign money trying to prove it is a lie. You can even sue them for slander. But none of that matters, it won't help you, and your campaign is nothing but putting out fires.

Every trial lawyer knows this, destroy the credibility of the witness and it doesn't matter if their testimony is true, no one will believe it. This is why I think it is hypocritical. I can never know the truth about him, only the Lord Jesus will know that.

Now I can hear my sister screaming about how we have him on tape telling an offensive joke about women. That is true, and I would say that anyone who in their life has never said something they regret saying can go ahead and throw the first stone.

But here is what I can know. I can know what you think are the key issues, what you think are the key solutions and what you say you will do. Based on that I would never, ever vote for Hillary Clinton or Joe Biden. They have long records, I can see what they have said, things which I consider far worse than Trump's joke about women, and I can see what they have done and what they stand for.

In 2016 the only thing I knew about Trump was that he came in and fixed the NYC skating rink, did a good job with that, completed the project on time and under budget. It was a nice thing he did. Other than that I had no idea so I didn't vote for either one.

However, in 2020 I knew that he did a good job with the economy and he did not get us into a war. That was far and away more than enough for me to vote for him over Joe Biden.

Jesus is not on the ballot. You have Trump or Clinton in 2016 and you have Trump and Biden in 2020.

Trump railed against Obummer for golfing too much. Yet it is a documented truth that trump has golfed more.

trump railed against Killary for having classified items on her private email servers. Yet it's a documented truth that trump had classified items in his private home.

trump holds to the claim the election was stolen from him. But his own sycophant's and judges have said time and again he has no case.

Yes anyone can slander another with lies. But to continue to push a lie in the face of documented truths is - unGodly.

Jesus is not on the ballot. Yet trump and his cronies insist that He is on the ballot under trumps name.

That's the problem with deception. They convince you the lie is the truth. And to cling to it no matter what is shown to prove it a lie.

let's take it a step further-

how many Christians regularly use amazon, a company with the devil's tail as part of their logo.

how many Christians have netflix and other streaming services which all have pro new world order shows

how many Christians do not believe in witchcraft and demons, which the Bible openly talks about.

but then say they are " Bible believing" Christians....

how many Christians use cashless methods to buy and sell, which is going to be used to end cash and bring in a digital one world currency....

how many ever even THINK about these things??
Probably very few of us, if any, since it's all in your imagination.

The Amazon logo is not the devils tail. That is just in your imagination. The logo represents the fact that Amazon sells everything from a to z, and the smile on the customers face when they bought a product.

netflix and other streaming services all have a vast variety of shows on every subject imaginable, including Christian-oriented shows and movies

When you write "how many Christians do not believe in witchcraft and demons ... and say they are " Bible believing" Christians", have you actually polled the entire Christian community? I would like to know the source of your data other than your own imagination. In other words, that's just your judgmental opinion, worth nothing.

How many Christians use cashless methods to buy and sell? Probably everyone who qualifies for a credit card. Claiming that credit card use is going to be used to end cash and bring in a digital one world currency is just your paranoia. There were checks, IOUs, and other non-cash methods long before credit cards came about, and now there is digital currency, but ... the world is still functioning normally. Do you realize that paper currency -- a promise to pay -- actually went off the silver standard in the 1970s? And we're still here! Amazing!

Finally, why is your faith so weak? Why do you live in such fear? God is in control, so enter into His rest and cease from your worries (the opposite of faith).

Give me names and cite the references where this took place, otherwise you are the one with ungodly slander. (where Trump and his cronies insist that he is Jesus on the ballot using Trump's name)

Trump railed against Obummer for golfing too much. Yet it is a documented truth that trump has golfed more.
You are spinning your wheels. I have already conceded that Trump says things that are stupid.

trump railed against Killary for having classified items on her private email servers. Yet it's a documented truth that trump had classified items in his private home.
No, this is apples and oranges comparison. Trump took home documents that he, as president, declassified and he has the right to do that. Those documents were packed up by the GSA. If anything was put into those boxes that shouldn't have been the fault is on them, not Trump. However, Hillary had a private server that was not secure handling top secret diplomatic transmissions as secretary of state. That was criminal.

trump holds to the claim the election was stolen from him. But his own sycophant's and judges have said time and again he has no case.
Again, not true. The judges have ruled that this is not their jurisdiction, not the same thing as saying no case. No judge could ever have ruled that he had no case since they have refused to see the evidence. The evidence has been shown primarily in three movies: Absolute Proof, Rigged, and 2,000 Mules. I have seen all three and feel he has a very powerful, well documented case that is full of excellent and credible evidence.

Yes anyone can slander another with lies. But to continue to push a lie in the face of documented truths is - unGodly.
If you are apologizing then you have to be very clear.

Jesus is not on the ballot. Yet trump and his cronies insist that He is on the ballot under trumps name.
I listen to MTG, Bannon, Mike Lindell, Matt Gaetz, and none of them have ever claimed that Trump represents Jesus. The only person who has even discussed the topic in all the time I have listened is Mike Lindell and he shared how Trump asked him some questions about his faith. Give me names and cite the references where this took place, otherwise you are the one with ungodly slander.

That's the problem with deception. They convince you the lie is the truth. And to cling to it no matter what is shown to prove it a lie.
Who is "they", the main stream media? I agree. Big tech? I agree. Big Pharma? I agree. That is why when I know someone has lied to me I stop listening to them.

For example, the NYT ran articles from a supposed "deep throat" in the Trump administration. We were led to believe it was a top ranking official in Trump's cabinet. Secretary of State? Chief of Staff? No. It was some low level gopher in a cubicle across town. NYT lied, they knowingly lied, I stopped listening to them.

Schiff continually told us lies concerning what he allegedly knew from top secret security briefings. Don't listen to him.

People can make mistakes, they can misspeak, that is one thing. But when they clearly lie to me with the purpose of advancing their agenda, that is it, I refuse to have anything more to do with them. Facebook, Disney and Walmart are also on my list.

Before they go on the list I have to know for sure they lied, that they knew they were lying and that this was done for their agenda.

For example, I knew that shutting down the city for two weeks to "flatten the curve" on the pandemic in NYC would not be anything more than a speed bump. You could argue that they were lying, but it might not have been to advance an agenda but rather a desperation move to keep hospitals from being swamped. When Fauci said that masks wouldn't do anything, yes it might have been a falsehood, but it could have been because they needed the masks more for hospitals. But when he gave Cuomo the gold star for his handling of the pandemic when the facts are clear that what Cuomo did caused at least ten thousand deaths if not more, that is more than a lie. He did this at the same time as railing against Desantis as promoting superspreader events. Now it is not just lying but pushing an agenda. When people pushed back and questioned him he said "to question me is to question science". At that point I knew that he knew he was lying. That is all I need, he lied, he knew he was lying and it was to push some hidden agenda. Wouldn't listen to him after that.

No, it is not all that's left to say. Give me a citation, a youtube link, something to back up this ugly slander or you will join my list of NYTimes, Facebook and Disney. A very humiliating list to be on for someone claiming to be a Christian. I am not going to let you off the hook. You post, I will ask for this until you back up this ugly blasphemous claim.

JTB needs to back up this claim

“Jesus is not on the ballot. Yet trump and his cronies insist that He is on the ballot under trumps name.” Post #51 on the thread Trump 24.

I have asked for the name of the person who has done this and a citation for at least one crony and for Trump. I asked in both post #54 and #56 on that same thread.

If this is true I want to see it. If it is false it is ungodly slander that JTB accuses others of engaging in.

First - Trump can't be a false prophet since he isn't a teacher or self styled prophet of the faith. He doesn't even lay claim to being a politician - he's a business man who ran for public office, and won in 2016.
the beast isn't the prophet. two different people.

And I saw the beast, the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against Him who sat on the horse and against His army. Then the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who worked signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image. These two were cast alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone. And the rest were killed with the sword which proceeded from the mouth of Him who sat on the horse. And all the birds were filled with their flesh.
(Revelation 19:19-21)
know your bible & trust your bible before you know your politicians & rich men seeking worldly power and far, far, far before you trust any such person. in fact trust no such person; as a wise man once wrote: "anyone who is capable of getting themselves made president should on no account be allowed to do the job"
