That's a tough question to answer because I love all of the books in the Bible, but I'm going to go with the book of Ecclesiastes for now.
Why?
Well, because it constantly reminds us of the vanity of life and how we brought nothing into this world, and we're not taking anything out of it, either. With such being the case, we ought always to be living with an eternal mindset.
The ending says it all:
Ecclesiastes chapter 12
[8] Vanity of vanities, saith the preacher; all is vanity.
[9] And moreover, because the preacher was wise, he still taught the people knowledge; yea, he gave good heed, and sought out, and set in order many proverbs.
[10] The preacher sought to find out acceptable words: and that which was written was upright, even words of truth.
[11] The words of the wise are as goads, and as nails fastened by the masters of assemblies, which are given from one shepherd.
[12] And further, by these, my son, be admonished: of making many books there is no end; and much study is a weariness of the flesh.
[13] Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
[14] For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.

For me it's hard to say, I suppose I would say whatever I am presently reading lol. At the moment that would be Mark.
It's a hard question. In the NT if pressed probably Hebrews.
In the OT probably the Psalms.
But as I said usually what I'm presently reading as I always learn something new about God and myself 👍
I like the gospels. Seems like they all contain something the others don’t, but who wrote it the best? In my opinion John did the best job of explaining the gospel, but Matthew did the best job of recording the parables and various other teachings of Jesus. So I like Matthew and John the best.

Just going through the answers attests to the difficulty of the question. Many times our favorite book is the one we've just read or the one most pertinent to our present circumstances.
Having said that I really enjoy the book of Isaiah. It contains 66 chapters. The Bible has 66 books. The first 39 deal generally with judgements as do the 39 OT books. The last 27 chapters speak of grace and salvation as do the 27 books of the NT. And it is so full of Messianic references it is sometimes called the 5th gospel.
But it's nice to have a question where there are literally no wrong answers.

That's another good question👍.
Obviously that he is our saviour (Mark 10:45) and that he came to seek the lost, not just seek but save them (Luke 19:10). For he seen the people where like sheep without a shephard (Mark 6:34) for Jesus himself is the good shephard (psalm 23; John 10:11-18).
So when Jesus says :
Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes has eternal life (John 6:47)
I respond in prayerful faith like the father of the demon psossed child:
I believe; help my unbelief!” (Mark 9:24).
He's my Saviour,
He's my good Shephard,
He's my bread of life that sustains,guides and satisfies me (John 6:35).
He is the Word that brings life (John 1).
Anyhow he is my all in all (Colossians 3:10).
But my favourite thing is that Jesus being God - took on flesh, lived a sinless life (1 Peter 2:22), bore my sins on the cross (being a curse unto the law) (Galatians 3:13).
Through his obedience, life, death and resurrection I by faith in his grace am reconciled to God, like the prodigal son (Luke 15:11; 2 Corinthians 5:18).
Or like this.
In Christ alone my hope is found
He is my light, my strength, my song
This cornerstone, this solid ground
Firm through the fiercest drought and storm.
What heights of love, what depths of peace When fears are stilled, when strivings cease
My comforter, my all in all
Here in the love of Christ I stand
