Revelations Cha 3

“I know your works; I know that you are neither cold nor hot.* I wish you were either cold or hot.
So, because you are lukewarm, neither hot nor cold, I will vomit you out of my mouth.

What does Jesus mean by lukewarm Christians and what does He mean when He says He'll vomit them out of His mouth.
 
Colossians 2:9-15 should clear this up. Col 2:9-15 states that through the Circumcision of Christ, a person is transferred from Spiritual death to Spiritual Life. The Sinful Nature is cut away, thus a person has eaten from the Tree of Life and will Spiritually Live forever with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Those who are relieved of the Curse of the Lord are given new Hearts and Spirits and are thus Enabled to obey and follow the Lord's commands and decrees.

So, a lukewarm "christian" is no Christian at all. Why? Because they have not received the Circumcision of Christ, though these people do not understand this problem. Lukewarm "christians" will say that Jesus is their Lord and Master, but where is the evidence? Showing up at church and waving our arms and hands around like idiots doesn't qualify us as Righteous, Pure, or Holy.

Matthew 7:21-23 NKJV - "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 "Many will say to Me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' 23 "And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!"
