I wish I could see him face to face, and maybe than this life would make sense.

Hebrews 11:1
“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Hebrews 11:6
“But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”

Those are "feel good" statements. Still cannot see GOD.

Those Bible verses have nothing to do with "feeling good". They tell why it is better to walk by faith than by sight.

Hebrews 11:1
“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Hebrews 11:6
“But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”

Maybe another verse will help clarify:
John 20:29
“Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.
