Thats true. How you deal with it in the most compassionate way is to get the sufferer proper psychological and medical help to reconcile them to their actual realist state. There are many neurobiological and psychological disorders. Helping them to reconcile themselves to reality is what we should be doing with all of them.
Sadly we are pretty terrible at helping those who suffer from mental illness and disorder.

They would need to get millions of muslims pouring into this country while also terrorizing Christians to leave, (who knows maybe make crime skyrocket, empty the prisons, open the border, who knows). Even then you still have to kill off millions of Americans (how would you do that, unleash snakes into the whole country?)
