As Amosathar mentioned, Australia is a pretty good nation, too. That's why they were more manipulated with the Covid Lie than we(US) were
The majority of people that thought that covid was a lie lived in the USA, most of the world disagreed with that belief. You might say we were manipulated but Australia had 15,400 deaths related to covid pandemic which is 0.05% of our population where as the USA had 1.7 million deaths which is 0.32% of your population and as a country, Australia recovered quicker than many other countries did because we took the action needed to try and stop the spread of the virus.

I doubt that information, it was a bad cold, a corona virus, people were sent home till it got too bad to be treated, dr. phony fauci insisted Remdesivir (sp?) be given to people, and that treatment killed many.
The deaths from the non-vaccine concoction they are calling a
vaccine" keep mounting.
The devil is pulling out all stops as he knows his time is short.
My God is the authority in my life, not playing church once a week for an hour and the worshiping at the alter of phony science and demonically influenced government.(y):):coffee:

What's funny...or actually not so funny...is that if inflation was counted the same way as in the past, it would be nearing 20 %. At least if people can't count today, they do know when their money runs out two-thirds of the way through the month that something isn't right.

Thank you Cameron, I am aware of a president who had the military included as "employed" to skew the figures, I was not aware of this 'fudging" of the numbers for inflation.:):coffee:

Yes, the USA has had it's shortcomings throughout it's history. And many of it's current citizens openly express their hatred for the country.

Despite that, there is no question that the USA is the greatest country in the world. Don't believe me? Just look at our southern border. Millions of desperate undocumented immigrants risking all to get a chance to be in the USA. And there are already tens of millions of undocumented immigrants secretely living in our country. And they desperately want to stay.

If you created 'open borders' for the USA I believe that the population would double to 700 million within the space of a year. And no, I don't have anything to back this up with. But people from all over the world would be flocking here!

Except for Europe, Canada, China, Taiwkan, Japan, and the USA, the rest of the world is a basket case when it comes to dictatorships or economics.

And, one thing to notice, is that all those who are living in this country and hate it, they sure aren't leaving. Why is that?

Just my thoughts.
There are many great things about the USA if we look at this objectively and clearly.

Many people make the news media and social media their primary source of what's going on around the country, but they often depict a dismal perspective of the current state of affairs without focusing on the good things. If one were to use of those sources as their view of what the USA is, then they will believe the USA is a bad place. Down on the ground, at least where I am, it isn't so bad I think.

I hear Holland is pretty nice. Also if you go there as an immigrant or a refugee, you assimilate or get deported

Seriously? In less than 24 hours you guys managed to turn this into a political and conspiracy thread? Lol

Can we try to stay on topic a bit longer please ? :)

As dude says this is a subjective experience and when you factor global polls in happiness, Nordic countries usually score at the top, but let’s compare apples to apples.

Tell me the prices of your food, electronics, gas prices and cost of living so we can compare it with the American one.

I realize that for believers our citizenship belongs in heaven, but while we’re here … tell me what you pay for gas in your country.

Let me know . :)

Could be a fun topic if we leave politics and conspiracy theories out.

Not only inflation, but the GDP numbers are distorted because of mostly Natural gas exports to a desperate Europe:

US GDP Grows 2.6% In Q3 Driven Entirely By Trade; Price Index Comes Cooler Than Expected

I agree. And the reason for this is her founding. This nation's heritage has an undeniable Judeo-Christian influence and God was pleased to grant this nation great blessings.
And there is no reason that shouldn't be recovered if only the people of God would again call upon Him. While it is easy to enumerate the manifold problems in our nation, the blame for it lies squarely on us Christians. We can either turn again to the Almighty in humility and contrition or continue as we are.
Nope, most of the founding fathers were deist and made it abundantly clear that they intended for religion to stay out of government

The sign is dripping sarcasm... Funny that Democrats who are honking are so dull minded as to honk! Hahaha

Next time you hear a honk, just remind yourself of the idiocy of some liberals.
Liberal policy is what led to his creating the sign.

Then why was the Bible used as a primer in schools and why did they stop and pray for 3 days when determining our form of government.
Our founders get a bad wrap when it comes to their religious beliefs because there has been much inaccurate information put forth and people have believed the false information without doing independent research.
They all believed that for a democratic republic to be successful it required an informed and moral electorate.

Exactly. And when the electorate is uninformed, misinformed, and lawless, then the whole idea of a democratic republic falls to the ground. So now we have a totalitarian Communist regime.

God, prior to difficult times in America, has been very gracious to bring spiritual renewal and men of fortitude commitment to the forefront. This nation owes its high estate to the favor and affections of a very gracious God. We have as a nation, been woefully lacking in our affections for God. And our generation has the choice to make that all previous and future generations will make: will we call upon, submit to, and follow God, or go our own way.
May God be gracious again.

Yes a moral electorate that doesn't include burning witches at the stake or throwing gay people off of rooftops. That's what happens when you have a theocratic government

I apologize, reading the thread I thought this was basically a political topic, so I answered accordingly.

Gas prices where I am are currently 3.39 per gallon. I am in a very rural area of SW VA, in the mountains. That's the USA.
