I figured as much. Its just the wording seems like it would protect someone that would have induced a criminal abortion without your consent, too- like a guy that didnt want to pay child support, or a group of doctors that want to carry out a genocide.

PORTLAND, Ore. – An Oregon county commission has ordered an incinerator to stop accepting boxed medical waste to generate electricity after learning the waste it's been burning may include tissue from aborted fetuses from British Columbia.
When Portland officials allowed ANTIFA to terrorize citizens as ANTIFA occupied downtown Portland all those years ago and for weeks on end, I thought the local officials had lost their minds as a collective then.
Little did I know.
