Correctly Saved?

Mark 13:13
And you shall be hated by all men for my name's sake. But he that shall endure unto the end, he shall be saved.

Well, first you have to fill the tub with water... then you have to warm it up... then you have to call the Deacons...

Correctly Saved?

Mark 13:13
Happens in an instant, although the conviction to actually receive Christ may take time. Many people here the gospel but are unsure and take time to finally respond to Jesus tapping on their heart.

But .. believing in Jesus.. getting indwelled by the Holy Spirit happens in an instant.

Romans 10:9-10 has the believing. John 5:24 has the giving of eternal life.

In Ephesians their is the seal of the Holy Spirit.

The believing, giving of eternal life and sealing happen at the same time.

'Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved'

Water baptism isn't part of this. That is a response to having been saved.. not the means of salvation.

Correctly Saved?

Mark 13:13
Also the salvation in this verse isn't eternal salvation. It's deliverance from trials and tribulations. They are not the same kind of 'save'

Eternal salvation isn't the subject of 'he who endures the to the end will be saved'

The subject is deliverance during end times from trials and tribulations.

Correctly Saved?

Mark 13:13
it’s about today brother you just believe and walk and hear from Jesus today following as best you can and your insufficiencies along the way is why he died but what I mean is “one day at a time walking in faith “

“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭6:33-34‬ ‭KJV‬‬

as Christian’s if we live just for one day living as best we possibly can for Jesus and the gospel we can rest assured that our imperfections and short comings are the very reason a perfect and sinless man had to die in our place

Correctly Saved?

Mark 13:13
You are saved the moment you believe. Acts 16. Eternally irrevocably Saved and Sanctified.
Though you will encounter from time to time the enemy and his slings and arrows. As he tries to convince you that isn't true.

He'll try to lead you to believe in your ego, pride, and selfish nature again. So to try and make you believe you are not actually secure in Christ. And one misstep condemns you again. So you have to labor in fear to help God save you.

Be aware, that is literally a damned lie by that damned liar that was from the beginning.

Once you are in Christ it is eternal. And nothing changes that. Of all the Father gives Christ, a Christ tells us, he will lose no one. 😊🕊️ So rest in the peace of that eternal fact. And ignore the falsehoods that strive to scare you.

Then, for the rest of your life you walk in the light of Christ. And like a child learning how to evolve, change, from crawling to walking, you gradually learn how to trust in the Lord. And discern his will from your own.

Sanctification

God Bless You.💞❤️🕊️🙏✝️

How does the Blood of Christ justify HERESY?

Acts 24:11-15
[11] For thou mayest understand, that there are yet but twelve days, since I went up to adore in Jerusalem: [12] And neither in the temple did they find me disputing with any man, or causing any concourse of the people, neither in the synagogues, nor in the city: [13] Neither can they prove unto thee the things whereof they now accuse me. [14] But this I confess to thee, that according to the way, which they call a heresy, so do I serve the Father and my God, believing all things which are written in the law and the prophets: [15] Having hope in God, which these also themselves look for, that there shall be a resurrection of the just and unjust.

The Blood of Christ will justify anyone if the sinner repents. Jesus justifies people, not things. There is no justification for unrepented-of sin.

Some people take time others are quick. Depends if we are trusting the cross alone.

Contrary to what some have said water baptism IS a part of being saved according to the scriptures. Read the account of the Ethiopian eunuch's conversion in Acts 8. Didn't take long and wasn't complicated. He believed after being preached Jesus, he confessed his belief verbally, and was immediately baptized.

1. Belief and faith
2. Confession of your belief
3. Repentance
4. Water immersion (baptism) fir the remission of sins

Simple just as God intended

Correctly Saved?

Mark 13:13
So who was Christ talking to? He was talking about a time coming and it was the 12 that asked "Peter, James, John and Andrew asked him privately." So we know at the start He told them don't rejoice that the demons are subject unto you but that your names (key word here) "are" written in heaven. We all from the day He found us have to endure but I don't do be saved that is not what He said. "Tell us, when will these things happen? And what will be the sign that they are all about to be fulfilled?” He was talking about a time that was coming. Context

Does make you wonder about all those God drew to Himself that were never baptized but are right now in paradise. If Gods words is true then anyone that just calls on His name shall be saved. I got baptized but it didn't save me. Not why I did it...theres reason :)

Water baptism is to show publicly that we are saved. It doesn't save us. It joins us to the Church. Everyone should be baptized as the Lord said. Some people think baptism saves which is adding works to the cross.

Not so. Nothing in the bible remotely suggests that is the purpose. That's total nonsense. Who did thd Ethiopian eunuch in Acts 8 show publicly? It was him and Philip in the middle of nowhere!

Correctly Saved?

Mark 13:13

It depends upon whether you are referring to eternal deliverance, or the deliverances that the child of God receives as he sojourns here in this world.

The "saved/delivered" in Mark 13:13 is a deliverance that the child of God receives as he sojourns here in this world.
