I have managed to lose around 20 lb in the past few months by avoiding sugar as much as possible. So if anyone is trying to lose a few pounds, just cut out sugar and watch the pounds come off.
The body gets addicted to sugar but it gets easier over time

Congrats on your weight loss!

I use a little sugar but mostly mix it with stevia :)

Portion control is another great weight-loss instigator :D

Have you tried carb restriction called keto? SUGAR Is substituted with sweeteners so you can still eat sweets without the sugar which Is high In carbohydrates causing you to stay In a hunger cycle.

Yeah I think the best way to lose weight is high protein and low carbs
