That's right; but when you look at some states- they are saying christian cake-makers have to close up shop, because cake-makers refusing to make a gay wedding cake is "discrimination".
Christian bakers have to serve interracial couples and non-Christian couples and all sorts of minorities. Being a Christian doesn't grant anyone the right to discriminate.

it was the baker's choice to close shop BTW.

But here's some more, if you're hungry for the truth.

I … don’t for the life of me understand why the gay community has decided to emulate an institution that doesn’t work for even straight people … It is laughable

Why would Science matter when this attachment shows God only made Men and Women who are designed for one another.

Science doesn't have any say about that because we have this straight from God Himsef.
You are the one who made the incorrect claims about science...why did it matter when you did so?

Why my parent's got married is irrelevant to the discussion.
so you are saying yoru parents got married for reasons other than things like tax exemptions. WHydo you insist same sex couples don't get married for the same reasons?

I did so because you asked and I was continuing communication. But since this is about legitimizing it's best to involve God since He has the final say.

You advocate for the persecution of Christians then... it's okay, I'll keep standing up for gay people's rights to be employed and do business as they choose. I think a gay gun-shop owner should absolutely be able to refuse service to somebody in westboro baptist church if they want to.

No, I'm saying it's not relevant to the discussion. And now you're just saying that I'm saying things I didn't say.

Is it persecution to insist racists treat can't refuse to serve people of color in their public business?

HOMOSEXUALS AGAINST HOMOSEXUAL MARRIAGE
Yesterday I penned a piece quoting from a number of Australian homosexuals who have voiced their opposition to homosexual marriage. Why write such an article? It is pretty obvious: this is the sort of information the mainstream media and the pro-homosexual lobby does NOT want to get out into the public arena.

Everybody discriminates about something.
Unless it's an apple under a country tree, I don't pick up food off the ground and eat it, like on a city sidewalk. I don't eat out very often at all, but refuse to eat at an establishment with a sodomite in the kitchen/salad bar. Sodomites diiscriminate too, but aren't the kind of group mentality that shows tolerance. Not are they inclusive as a subculture.

and a generation ago the same thing was being said about interracial marriage.
However, Jesus teachings won't change over the generations. Jesus taught that marriage was the union between a man and a woman, not a man and a man nor a woman and a woman. And Scripture, both old and New Testament, teaches that homosexuality is an abomination. And those teachings won't change over time.

As I previously stated, when it comes to choosing between the current moral attitudes and those of the politicians, and Jesus with Scripture, I'll hold fast to Jesus and Scripture.

Christians have to choose, as the attitudes of the public/politicians vs Jesus and Scriptural teachings are diametrically opposed to one another.

As for myself, I'll hold fast to Jesus and Scripture.

Discrimination based on racism, is not the same as discrimination based on actual morality. A racist's discrimination against "people of color" is not based on morality- it's based on an irrational hatred. A Christian refusing to provide goods that they know is being used for an immoral purpose is not an irrational hatred. It's not like they were refusing to sell them groceries, or gas, or school supplies.

If I went to a gay-owned business... lets say a bookstore, and I know he is gay and I ask him to order a bunch of christian books, and I tell the store owner how excited I am to be converting gays to Christ- and he is offended and does not want to do business with me... that is FINE, and I sure as heck am not going to try to steal his livelihood from him on top of all that by getting his business shut down.

There's a big difference between "being discriminated against" and expecting someone to provide a service that is against their beliefs and interests. One makes you a victim and the other makes you a donkey.

Being Against Gay Marriage Doesn't Make You a Homophobe
As a gay man, I found myself disappointed with this definition—that anyone with any sort of moral reservations about gay marriage is by definition anti-gay. If Raushenbush is right, then that means my parents are anti-gay, many of my religious friends (of all faiths) are anti-gay, the Pope is anti-gay, and—yes, we’ll go here—first-century, Jewish theologian Jesus is anti-gay. That’s despite the fact that while some religious people don’t support gay marriage in a sacramental sense, many of them are in favor of same-sex civil unions and full rights for the parties involved. To be sure, most gay people, myself included, won’t be satisfied until our loving, monogamous relationships are graced with the word “marriage.” But it’s important to recall that many religious individuals do support strong civil rights for the gay members of their communities.

False equivalency and red herring
Same-sex couples don't have abortions. We already covered this

Also supreme Court decides what is or isn't constitutional

I said "tell that to the abortion crowd." Where was same sex mentioned in that sentence?

From Jesus Himself defining what marriage means.

After reading my attachment since I am on my mobile and cannot copy/paste, explain to me how is it possible for same sex people to become ONE FLESH which is God's distinction of marriage?

ALSO NOTICE GOD CREATED THEM MALE AND FEMALE TO BE MARRIED, NOT SAME SEX.

Right, that's what I said earlier. The two become one.

No, he refused to design a custom wedding cake for a gay couple because of his religious views. The court sided with him. In his own words he said that " he doesn’t “discriminate” against anybody and that he simply doesn't want to bake cakes “for every message”.
