non of which has anything to do with marriage
You're missing the point. You're comparing crimes that have a victim a victimless action. So it's a false equivalency

Lets see they fall in love, pay taxes, get educations, now their lawns. watch television, raise families, shop for groceries. wow they really are horrible people aren't they?
Your avoiding the fact they're still sex perverts and God calls sex perversion sin.

My half brother is a homosexual. He's got a good education, has always had successful employment, he even goes to church. That doesn't change the fact he hasn't repented of his sin. Unless he does he'll spend eternity in Hell. There are a lot of good citizens out there in need of salvation.

If you steal my car then I'm the victim. If you lie and defraud me then I am the victim.
If you lie in court, that's called perjury and you go to jail for obvious reasons because telling the truth in court is kind of important
A consensual relationship between two adults has nothing to do with morality because there's no victim
then there is no victim in what is called domestic viol ance, if one chooses to stay?

Is murder a moral issue. Is a car jacker moral, How about the guy who cheats his taxes . Is it moral to lie to congress? Is it moral to lie in court? Is abuse moral? Sexual abuse of kids or anyone is that moral? The list can go on for a good while...
Many of the state laws and constitutions we're and still are based on Biblical laws, so I agree wholeheartedly. Here's a short sample.

Sodomy Laws of 1500s

Yeah someone else mentioned it already. Most gay people are probably hard working productive citizens you are not harming anyone
I went to Walmart on my lunch break and wanted a corn dog and some popcorn chicken but decided it wasn't worth standing in line for 30 minutes.
Gay people are not producing more in the way people

Orientation is not the result of any life experience much less abuse. That remains the truth no matter how much you deny it.
Then you are calling God a liar.

He said in human form that He created man to be with women and women to be with man.

So, if a man is attracted to a man it's because he has Mental Issues because God says He created man to be with women.

"Orientation" is nothing but a big copout. My "orientation" for a long time was promiscuity and substance abuse. But that was clearly an unhealthy way to live, and not God's plan for me. Orientation isn't written in stone; it's changeable. Orientation has become an excuse for people who don't want to face reality and who love their sin.

Yeah that's because they didn't have a constitution yet. We don't pass laws on the Bible anymore. We pass laws on the Constitution
That's why we don't accuse women of being witches anymore and burn them at the stake or stone people for blasphemy anymore

Yeah they also accused women of being witches and burned them at the stake
We don't do that anymore because we are a civilized society now. Same reason we don't put people in prison over victimless actions like a consensual relationship between two adults
When the soy boy queers get together they'd gang rape men, women and children to death if they thought they could get away with it. There's a reason Jesus destroyed all of those damned cities in Genesis chapter 19 and warned us about them with the description in Judges 19. Good riddance to Sodom, Gonorrhea and the rest of the cities on that plain.

Be careful you don't cut yourself on all that edge over there. Here in the 21st century, if you sexually assault someone, you go to jail
But we don't put people in jail for consensual relationships

Often I need to remind myself, when Satan was tempting Jesus . Jesus did not really converse with him . Jesus quoted Scripture. Yes the USA has darn good constitution we can be subject to . As God's people We are subject to Him and His Covenant first foremost. We are not to walk in the council of the ungodly.

A marriage is a legal contract under the law. The issue concerning marriage is whether people can be denied marriage to someone of their own gender. The government doesn't decide about moral issues.

OP is talking about how Christians should react to gay marriage. That was the topic.

It's a firmly held belief
There you go, calling opinion fact again. How many churches have you attended?

that interracial relationships are against the will of God,
It doesn't say that anywhere in the Bible. But it does say marriage is between a man and a woman.

Just like the religious belief against same gendered relationships.
No, that's your opinion. Bible doesn't say anything against interracial marriages. It does say sex is between a man and a woman.

It doesn't matter if you agree with that belief or dislike it. If you are saying that religious belief makes discrimination against one group of people OK ...
Disagreeing with a persons lifestyle choice is not discrimination, whether you agree or not.
