God. Even Satan had to ask permission. (To test Job.)
It is surprising that God did not kill all of them outright. (He did bind some of them)
Man gets in trouble when does not call upon God for protection.
We should be aware of their presence. We have power to rebuke them in Jesus' name.
I suppose demons could pretend to be space aliens.
If I find out that E.T. is a demon, then I am going to dropkick him.

you don’t see the devil and his angels because he’s an evil spirit and they are his spiritual servants so you see this in the doctrine form the church

we’re in a spiritual war and have an active enemy trying to snatch Gods word from our hearts because he knows it can save us if we hold on
When Jesus was taken up from earth to heaven , Satan was cast out of heaven into earth where he has been given a short time before Christ returns with salvstion
man chose false gods all along and so God has let them have thier wish in this world and offered salvation to those who believe in him the true God

We have a spiritual enemy and are in a spiritual war and have a spiritual defense offered in Gods word

The oldest cultures record their gods in flying machines. In stone carvings they've depicted them with giant wings to indicate they flew.

Could be those beings were the fallen emissaries of Heaven.

You win or loose the Battle of them devouring you in the Mind ---------Satan's only Job that God allows Him to do is to keep you from God and His Word -------Satan and his demons can only put thoughts in your mind -----unless you become possessed by one then they have full control of your body and mind -----
If your an unbeliever Satan and his tribe have full reign to bombard your mind with evil thoughts ------but if your a believer you will still be bombarded with Satan infiltrating your mind but you have a resource to pull down the strongholds of your mind by holding up your Shield of Faith which will deflect the fiery darts of the evil one ===we have to do the job of renewing our mind from the Old Way of thinking to the New Way of thinking ====this is OUR Job -----we have to Keep Satan at bay in our thought life ----

God has stopped them from directly devouring us. However they are devouring many humans through their temptations and influences.
Yes, we should be concerned. Being ever vigilant not to fall for their evil tricks.

Yes, the Bible calls them the Ruler of the Air, Ephesian 2:2. Human have freewill and intelligence to make good decisions. They know what they are choosing and they don't care. Some are mislead, but if they are truly, God will make a way out for them. But Aliens and UFO are nothing more than Fallen Angels who has disguised themself to distract and play around with humans. Be aware because they are going to become a great topic or manifestation soon. They teach people to believe a whole other agenda. One agenda is there are other races and planets that play into our outcome. In the end they will use this to start a war that will lead into the Antichrist and Armageddon.
