The one blind date I've ever been on actually went pretty well. Unfortunately, he wanted a commitment 2 days later. He cut me loose when I said no. Turns out he wasn't such a great guy after all.
 
Stilly and Zero, if you did that, being ninjaesque WOULD be best and I wouldn't ever expect the guy to pay unless he knew about it and had offered. That would be kinda wierd...

I keep my bodyguard in an ankle holster.:D
 
I'd keep mine a phone call or text away on the other side of the restaurant. I'd even pay for their dinner.

Yeah...make sure you arent more attractive that makes for awkward situations. Like there was a girl at work I liked and we set up a date for a concert and it was supposed to be a double date with one of her friends and one of mine, but mine dropped. So it was me, the girl from my work who I thought was great, and then her friend who turned out to be amazing....yeah things got really really weird when me and her friend hit it off instead..

As a human, I would of course be a little hurt but I would wish you well. Or anyone I went on a date with. Chemistry can't be faked or forced and it is stupid of us to think otherwise.
 
Never went on a blind date. I'd be too nervous about it and would prefer a group setting for sure.
 
I'm back from the date. Turns out she met this guy from an internet dating site. That was why she wanted me to go with her. Just in case he was a psycho.

Turns out he is an Aerospace Engineer from NASA. IMPRESSIVE!!!!

Well, it was the AM when I typed that.

My day was ok.
Woke up late

Went to town

Ran errands

Took my son to his cousins so they could have a sleepover

Went to work

Came home

Cooked dinner

Got bored

Logged on here

Saw you and jumped for joy(well, not really but i bet you are A. rolling your eyes right now B. laughing at me)

Ok, so it is a Friday night, I am childless...yet i am home.....WHERE DID THE SOCIAL LIFE GO?
