Thats the Sheep ! And all the Sheep shall believe, if a person never believes in Jesus, then its obvious Jesus didnt die for them, and couldn't have possibly been their Saviour. Hes a Saviour unto them He died and rose again for and saved Acts 5:31

31 Him hath God exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins
Actually, the verse has two groups. They’re not the same.

1. All men
2. Those that believe

No you dont, you just deceived into thinking you believe what the scripture says.
You add words to scripture to fit your theology. If God meant the world of the elect, then that’s the words God would have used. Anyway, elect is always describing service, never salvation.

Christ made salvation available to all men, but that salvation is only given to those that believe.

No I explain scripture. Gods world of elect is meant, or Sheep. Also service to God is foundationed upon Salvation Heb 9:14

14 How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

No, its only one group, those that believe clarifies who Hes the Saviour of.
The word "specially" denotes that the groups are separate. All men "specially" those that believe. Obviously, there will be men who will not believe.

Christ is God's elect. Is Christ in need of salvation? Or was Christ God's servant?

Christ made salvation available to all men, but that salvation is only given to those that believe.
False statement, Salvation is never stated as being made available, Salvation is promised to and executed upon a chosen People Isa 45:17

17 But Israel shall be saved in the Lord with an everlasting salvation: ye shall not be ashamed nor confounded world without end.

Matt 1:21

21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name Jesus: for he shall save his people from their sins.

To say Jesus merely made salvation available without actually saving, puts Salvation ultimately in the hands of man, thats a accursed gospel, may God be pleased to deliver you.

These are prophecies concerning the second coming of Jesus Christ in which he will save all Israel at that time.

Rather funny (peculiar) considering that you reject that faith is a requirement of salvation.

Faith is a requirement to receive deliverances as child of God sojourns here on earth, but our faith is not a requirement to be delivered eternally. Your confusion is not realising that there is a one time eternal deliverance, and there are many deliverances that the born again child of God receives as he sojourns here on earth.

Ephesians 2:8-9(ESV) 8 For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God

I understand that quite well, ForestGreenCook. But that is still not germane to what was originally said.

I realize you are confused about that. Perhaps this Scripture will help.

Jeremiah 29:13-14a

Show that in scripture.
The scripture reveals God because according to John chapter one Christ equates himself to His word.

John 16:13 - When he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth.

John 14:26 - But the comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

You deceived. That declares who Salvation is promised to in the Lord. Israel there is simply Gods elect from out the nations of the world.
