When you look in the sky and you see their eyes, that's amore'.
When they laugh at your slips, your mistakes pass their eyes, with sparkly lullabyes, that's

Love. Exciting and new. Come aboard, it's expecting you. What gets two people to the point of knowing they are right for each other.

What make chemistry come alive. Ahhhh, it's alive! Weird. Science. But 'it' is weird you both REALIZE in such a wonderful way.

Boom-boom! What makes chemistry combust SPONTANEOUSLY between two people that date for the first time?

How do we recognize this chemistry is great but that it is also right from God?

If it is not in lust, nor in vanity.

May Jesus bless you.

You are in intense person to read.

Its like hearing someone from the east coast who talks too fast.

Chemistry happens for me when someone is really on the same level with me, even to the point of it becoming competitive. If they get BOTH of the meanings of my jokes. If we ping off each other really well, to the point of making everyone else really nervous, that is when I know that I'm in trouble.

Lee, umm, yeah, , brother, think of me like allfunfor, constantly speaking while (notice , not 'after), downing Red Bulls. :D. , I type (hand peck) my posts/threads mostly on a mytouch phone so... and it finishes words for me, opten in Español. See what I mean ! :D

--ah, yes, chemistry can happened so quickly, usually does, anyway. When everyone else thinks your jokes are Weird but this one person gets it, that is chemistry.

When she likes you and there are tons of guys (and a lot look like 10x more handsome than you think you look) and a lot of them are impressive talking in this church singles afterwatd get-together, but she is talking to you, yeah, that's amore. :D

---Good, Ram. Yes, vanity and lust, two true killers of chemistry. Good to see you around these parts, God bless you too, bro. :)

I would also say that there is another half to chemistry.

Blood Sweat and Tears.

When someone has sacrificed for you, covered you when it did not benefit them.

Pushed you to make you a better person, by running with you or working beside you.

When someone has held your hand, cried with you and shared the pain.

These are all building blocks of great chemistry. When I look back on all the relationships I've ever had the one thing that sticks out to me the most is how much I loved the people who were there for me when I needed them the most. I would do anything for them. Love was the proof in the pudding.

Is that your polite way of saying I talk too much or that you think I talk really fast and am caffeinated frequently?:confused:

Chemistry, I think it is undefinable till you see it. That spark, that electric zing that allows us to embrace the human experience. And why try?

And some can argue that it is lust, or just a physical reaction. I argue God gave me my body and knows all the inner workings of it. Once in a while, he allows me to feel something, anything to remember I am alive and not just slugging through day by day.

When they walk into the room, look at you and you instinctively know it's just a matter of time;
when they understand what you are saying with your eyes;
when they understand from your face what you are NOT saying;
when they can speak an entire poem with one brush of their hand against your face;
when it feels like your heart is going to explode inside your chest when you see them again (and you didn't even know you were waiting to);
when it seems as if they have always been an invisible part of your life;
when you look at them and smile, and they know what you are thinking and they laugh no matter who's around;
when you can't think of the word that describes what you want to say until THEY say it.

Yeah i dont have any of these mushy answers you people have come up with :D but i will say this...

Green i seriously have no idea what your talking about in most of your threads, but hallelujah i actually understood this one ;)

Chemistry in my mind is when you both just get it. I dont think it's something that can happen over time. You either have it or you don't.

Exactly, Holly. Sometimes you meet a person and it's like you've known each other for forever. You get all their jokes and they get yours.

allfunfor, you don't talking too much and I've NEVER thunk you to be 'highly caffeinated.'

~~Sorry to impress in that way. Nope, allfunfor, you speak energetically and boldly, and, that's the only comparison to Red Bull of you I would ever make, unless , of course, like julieannie, and, Nods, you often sounded in your posts like a runaway word train, so, zingy, so dingy , so as to give the impresión you were Red Bull overdoing it.

Just kidding, ladies :D You both, Nods and Julieannie, are witty and fun on here and original. Daré I say 'spunky' too? I daré.
God bless you!

I can see it now , Julieannie Not Moore (pen name) , her best-selling book, 'All About The Chemistry' in e-bookstores everywhere shortly. :)

--
Right, Nods, I agree, and, I think to realize true chemistry, it must be done in person , face-to-face, and, it will be quickly discovered , either it's there or it's not.

---Absolutely, allfunfor, God makes it all work. The Lord lead. He will suddenly make us feel a feeling that is something that wasn't there before, or, at least, not often there, or, never felt to that degree of zinginess.

It will be like when 1980s tv show stars met in Hart To Hart--- 'and, when they met, it was MURDER.' :)

So, it will be, like Forest Gump says to Jenny: 'We like peas 'n carrots, Jenny .'

And, what good with all this said if I didn't get back to one last example of great chemistry match, Belle singing 'Something There That Wasn't There Before?'

She, course, talking of her match. Gaston!
Just kidding, ladies. I know you know which beastly fellow of which I refer. :D

---sometimes, no, often, no , most often, ok, almost always most often, :D my mind is singing and songing, trying to keep focused , like Paul, on the prize of living forever in Heaven with, God and Jesus, and, finally meeting that wascal, the Holy Spirit face-to-face :D.

Chemistry, once you have it, and, it is truly a blessing (of all blessings from God) so...light, so burdenless, so....real,, so unalarming, and, if it is truly God letting the relationship form....a competition like no other....so, competitionless :)

--
Liam, I did read what you wrote about chemistry being 'competitive,' which I believe is normally true at tge beginning of your relationship, but as things unfoldings, it's such different, so much, thanks to God

I wonder about chemistry too. I wonder if there is great chemistry between two people. does that mean they are right for one another, despite all the odds? I wonder if two people feel such intense connection from the start that they feel like they are two parts of a whole, just now come together, does that make it a sure deal?

The answer I'm coming up with is NO. And that is a scary thing too because if I feel like just now I happened to bump into the man of my dreams (and he feels the same way about me!) and we know very little about one another, so that it's almost as if the future just showed up in the present and now we have to catch up to it, in order for things to make sense.

I feel like I've taken leave of all my senses, in a way, because it makes no reasonable sense to feel a connection with someone who you just met recently and know next to nothing about. So what is this "chemistry" thing? Is it intuitive? Is it just hormones? Is it just a chemical reaction like pheromones (that may or may not be a healthy thing in the long run...)?

I don't trust chemistry at all, but I've found it is an overwhelmingly powerful thing that seems to have some kind of significance. I'm just not sure what the significance is, for a christian?:(

Ed (GreennNice), for some reason you remind me of Don Quixote. (in a good way)
