Well since you have made that accusation, let's see if it has any validity. You have not even considered the reason why, nor have you looked at the Hebrew.
1. Firstly the Hebrew word literally means "opposition".

4. Entry into the land of Canaan was based on a CONDITIONAL PROMISE. Since the Israelites opposed God as seen above, God was in opposition to Israel. None of those bibles is in common use! So let's look at the ones in common use and see that what I posted was in fact correct and they all say "He" (or one says "Christ) which is not even in the Greek and could even mean Michael the archangel:

You did not specify "common use" so what you said was in fact not correct.
It was not a given. You said "All other modern translations." Only one would prove you wrong.

So on what basis are you assuming that I did not look at the hebrew?
God does not break his promises; he made it very clear from the beginning that we had a choice between life and death, blessing and curse. His promise does include "promising us death and curse" if we disobey. So this is indeed opposition or "knowing what it is to have him as an enemy"; and NOT breaking his promise.
Those are NOT "seven OT books". Those are all a part of the non-canonical (not inspired) Apocrypha. Only Catholic Bibles have those extra books but they have also mishmashed them into the OT.
Had you done so you would not have attacked that translation in the KJB. And had you looked at the total context you would have understood why the KJB translated it the way they did.
I did in fact study the hebrew of this text when I first got stumbled by reading this verse in the KJV; I first checked a list of other translations and seeing as they all differed so much I checked with the hebrew; and did indeed carefully watch the word "תְּנוּאָתִֽי"; and seeing as you seem to understand the word means "opposition" I can not fathom that seeing that you would still construe "breach of promise" and "opposition" to be the same thing.
You are slandering the character of God.
Anyway, if it seems good to you to rely on this old translation that was made at a time we had much less manuscripts available and a lesser understanding of biblical hebrew and greek; feel free to do so.
But stop teaching the nonsensical idea that it is some kind of flawless translation and that every other one is corrupted.
Also, maybe try to answer your brothers and sisters out of love rather than out of fleshly pride. That might help in your future interactions.

The original Kjv had them until the English Bible society deleted them by the tradition of men, the Wycliffe Bible has them? The Jews accepted them but not those in Jerusalem cos they said there are no Hebrew manuscripts but at the Dead Sea scrolls they found Hebrew manuscripts, I guess cos Luther said so James is not scripture and many in the early church did not include the book of revelation, so who has authority to say what is and what is not scripture?
