To be clear… Barnett has gotten an appeal until May, and he is NOT in Jail…
He is home on modified house arrest with ability to range a 50 mile radius of his Home….
At least I try to provide some qualified follow up, confirmation, and research or resources to back up my claims….

I met that guy when I was at the rally, I told him twice not to go into the capitol building. He was very clearly warned not to do it and that if he did do it he would have to pay a very steep price.
