Jesus Christ said…..
John 4:35 KJV
Say not ye,
There are yet four months,
and then cometh harvest?
behold, I say unto you,
Lift up your eyes,
and look on the fields;
for they are white already to harvest.

What mark am I missing? The one that says unscriptural teaching is acceptable?
Hey,Brother, I think you may not have faith in the things they say, but leave the things you have faith in to God.

Why did God choose Israel with a small population and not China or India with a large population?

Why does the Old Testament God always give us the impression that the few can conquer the many.

Christians are the minority, unbelievers are the majority, and the thing we should consider is if we can achieve a successful revival.

The following is information about the enemy, know yourself and your enemy, must win, the Art of war

2 Timothy 3
1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,
7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
8 Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.
9 But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as their's also was.
10 But thou hast fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience,
11 Persecutions, afflictions, which came unto me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured: but out of them all the Lord delivered me.
12 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.

Scripture requires us to seek, learn, and grow in the guidance of Holy Spirit which you reject.
Your response will be that you don't reject Him by doing so.

This whole situation at Asbury University has me wondering. Charismatics have been preaching for years that a great end-time revival is coming that will see millions of people turn to Christ and get saved. Since the revival at Asbury University started, people have been freaking out saying things like: This is the revival we've been praying for so long; and, it's going to lead to a worldwide revival!

Now, here's your chance. If you know of any scriptures that clearly teach a great end-time revival, or "harvest," as it's sometimes called, here's your chance to put it out there. Show me the scriptures.
Ive seen this reported by the cbn and others and quite frankly i find your questions rather crude.
Praying and praising GOD in the midst of trouble is what we do. I hope it goes world wide.
Was david dancing in the streets scriptural? In order to have a fire you need a spark. Its only a revival if you join in.
Nothing wrong with it what so ever. Let the Holy Spirit have his way.
As for me and my house we shall serve the Lord.

Id rather light a candle .....than curse the darkness.

I've recently given up on charismatic because the messages were....
...were pretty much unbiblical and more or less crazy.

I too "gave up" on them like decades and decades ago. I attended a handful of times, and that was it for me.....
Glad I never got entangled in that charismatic mess. Strange fire inded.

....doesn't say what happens on the earth as a result.
Yes, of course the results of the crying angels and preaching of the 144,000 are noted. Rev 7 is a "summary chapter" so many people do not really understand it fully. BUT....these are definitely "tribulation saints", which differ from the Elders/Church of verse 11.
No doubt there will be a massive (huge huge huge) harvest of repentant souls who turn to the living God during the tribulation period.

Rev 7:9
After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;

Rev 7:11
And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God,

I've recently given up on charismatic because the messages were just blah. I think it could be strange fire. It's really just a revival because let's be honest most charismatics gave up. I go to plenty of pentecostal churches where now it's taboo to be spiritual. Charismatics traded the gifts for psychology classes at Bible college. I took one myself.

Can you be more clear what you mean by this?

I think people need to stop labeling this. I don't even know if the school itself has said it's in revival. People are putting more pressure on it than it needs to be. And it is a non- denominational school.

It was all spectacle and showmanship, clanging drums and cymbals, screaming, crying, falling down, shaking.
And not one word of truth, nor exhortation, nor deeply serious bible studies. Zippo nada nothing.

The women seemed OBSESSED with apprehending "power" to do stuff. Healings, money whatever. And it never really had bona fide results as far as I could tell. I could see that God's providential care was showered onto them regardless......;).

Other experiences may vary......
But that's what I went thru.

“they are white already to harvest.”

God will work, but we must keep preaching the gospel.

Matthew 24:14,21,24,31,37-41 KJV
And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
[21] For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
[24] For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
[31] And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
[37] But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
[40] Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. [41] Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

Habakkuk 1:5 KJV
Behold ye among the heathen, and regard, and wonder marvellously:
for I will work a work in your days, which ye will not believe, though it be told you.

Matthew
26:8 But when his disciples saw it, they had indignation, saying, To what purpose is this waste?
26:9 For this ointment might have been sold for much, and given to the poor.
26:10 When Jesus understood it, he said unto them, Why trouble ye the woman? for she hath wrought a good work upon me.
26:11 For ye have the poor always with you; but me ye have not always.
26:12 For in that she hath poured this ointment on my body, she did it for my burial.
26:13 Verily I say unto you, Wheresoever this gospel shall be preached in the whole world, there shall also this, that this woman hath done, be told for a memorial of her.

Don't look down on a woman. Look at this woman who knows that Jesus is the anointed One of God and the King of Israel, but she's just showing it in her actions.

She didn't talk about it, she just did it.

Other men at the time didn't even understand the meaning of the anointed one in Israeli tradition.

No but what I see is obedience to the scripture.

2 Chronicles 7:14-15 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attent unto the prayer that is made in this place.

Now go and put your Pharisees clothing on and question what the Lord is doing. God forbid it happens on the sabbath.

That's a good scripture in general principle, but it doesn't teach that people will humble themselves, pray and seek His face. Can't see that it teaches a great end-time revival.
