As the grape juice and bread were being passed around, mother whispers to four year old Johnny, "you are to young to participate in communion". A little later in the service mothers whispers to Johnny, "put your dollar in the collection plate". Johnny blurts out loud, "No eat, no pay!"

You have to say this Mantra very slowly.... And you have to do it in front of someone, example: friend, family member, anyone...
OOOOOaahh-----Vvvaaahhhh---ttaaahhhh---NNNaaawwwwsyyyyy---Yyyaaaam.
Repeat it slowly like 10 times
Then pick up the pace and say it fast in front of that person repeatedly till you add humour to the room.
It's magic. Works better in front of someone. But it can work even if you're on your own.
