He said case closed. How could anyone still be discussing this?
I just wish he would go to some of the incessantly long threads and close them too.

There is another interpretation of Genesis 6:1 and following that makes more sense given the previous context, which traces the two lineages of Seth and Cain, the "good" and "evil" lines from Adam. Those intermarried, and evil dominated the human race except for Noah and his family. You 56 years of marriage, imagine someone having none of those experiences.
Nope. That is not true. There is NO passage or verse that delineates that particular constraint. The record of Scripture shows that angels took the form of man only in accordance with the express will of God.
Should you actually have something of value to offer, please regale us.He said case closed. How could anyone still be discussing this?

I think giants existed prior to the angelic offspring theory if I am reading this right. Why didn't God express His anger against the angels, is what question I had for years. My non-denominational pastor taught the giant interspecies offspring from angels theory as if I was in school learning the theory of evolution. I was convinced until I started asking questions.
Although giants continued after the flood... aka Anakites, Rephaim, Emin, Zamzummim, Gibbor...There is another interpretation of Genesis 6:1 and following that makes more sense given the previous context, which traces the two lineages of Seth and Cain, the "good" and "evil" lines from Adam. If it not for the undeniable fact of inhuman giants and destroying the entire world business. There is another interpretation of Genesis 6:1 and following that makes more sense given the previous context, which traces the two lineages of Seth and Cain, the "good" and "evil" lines from Adam. Those intermarried, and evil dominated the human race except for Noah and his family.
I am learning. I just added vapid, insipid, and vacuous to my vocabulary.Should you actually have something of value to offer, please regale us.
Vapid, insipid vacuous one liners and troll chum is useless.
This is a place of learning. Supposedly.
You misunderstand. I stated no constraint .Nope. That is not true. There is NO passage or verse that delineates that particular constraint.

That could open a whole new area of genetics. Angel genome testing would be all the rage.I think giants existed prior to the angelic offspring theory if I am reading this right.
"There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.5 And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.6 And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart."
The Lord wiped out the entire population of people from the earth other than 8 on the ark. However, it did nothing to deal with the so called giant interspecies kind AFTER the flood either.
If there's no rare genetic variability for size differences unless reproducing with angelic kinds, I wonder if the NBA should have genetic testing done to see if they are half angel?
I missed putting this in my previous post.Such as denying that kind reproduces after kind. Angels are not humankind.
This caught me by surprise. I never imagined that Nephilim would be as happy or as well dressed.Although giants continued after the flood... aka Anakites, Rephaim, Emin, Zamzummim, Gibbor...
Modern day giants include Robert Wadlow...

I don't know. There was a east European pro basketball player who had a crush on me at my christian singles group. Not literally crush me though. She was a sweet gal. Nobody would argue if I called her an angel. You're getting too intense OVER NOTHING.
If you haven't noticed, this is just a fun thread to banter back and forth. Nothing is serious here.
I do have a question though: You said that whenever the angels came to earth, they manifested as MEN. What do you or any of the readers here think about that? Why always men? There's never been any female angels.
A specious assumption disproven by my voluminous postings proving that the TEXT ITSELF is quite beyond refutation proving that indeed, angelic rebellion, "going after strange flesh" and Nephilim offspring were a fact of Biblical history. You misunderstand. I stated no constraint .. Simply the FACT that there is no record in Scripture of angels taking on human form aside from the express will of God.

So Magenta thinks that this Wadlow fellow is a legit giant and full of wickedness, violence and evil? So much so that God had to wipe him and all like him off from the face of the earth?I missed putting this in my previous post.
Maybe I'm asking too many questions, but I wonder if this guy is what verse 5 above is an example of ?
"And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually."
That's a good point! Guys are always describing females they like and find attractive as angels, but why is that?!! Because they're sweet and innocent? I just can't imagine the angels wrecking Sodom and Gomorrah with giant balls of burning sulfur being sweet.... They WILL KILL when instructed by the Lord!
So Wadlow and people like him will be the cause of the greatest judgement the world will ever know? I don't think so.I missed putting this in my previous post.
Maybe I'm asking too many questions, but I wonder if this guy is what verse 5 above is an example of ?

I was being sarcastic. So Magenta thinks that this Wadlow fellow is a legit giant and full of wickedness, violence and evil? So much so that God had to wipe him and all like him off from the face of the earth?![]()
