IMO, a supposed Christian who does NOT believe what Paul, Jude and Peter believed per the prophets is no Christian at all.
Paul, Jude and Peter make it clear there are items of the faith that we all believe, everything else we are to be general about.

4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as also ye were called in one hope of your calling; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6 one God and Father of all, who is over all, and through all, and in all.

BTW.....you rarely (very rarely) support anything you propose by referencing Scripture. A glaring and obvious deficiency IMO.

Jde 1:14
Now Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about these men also, saying, “Behold, the Lord comes with ten thousands of His saints,
Jde 1:15
“to execute judgment on all, to convict all who are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have committed in an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him.”

2Pe 3:2
that you may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us, the apostles of the Lord and Savior,

Act 3:21
“whom heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things, which God has spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began.

Act 24:14
“But this I confess to you, that according to the Way which they call a sect, so I worship the God of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the Law and in the Prophets.
I'm very thankful that you are not the judge of all the earth. And I have attempted to have discussions with you in the past but have found your typical modus operandi to be counter productive and lacking in edification, even as now. So I bid you grace and peace.

That is the same "canned response" you always produce when faced with tough questions about prophecy and Biblical truth thereof.
And no....you do NOT "attempt to have discussions" about these matters. You flee FROM these discussions like your hair is on fire. Like you have just done. And inevitably throw out the old rubric "lacking in edification" as an accusatory smokescreen.

This has happened..........every - single - time

Very telling IMO.

What the prophets spoke about regarding the present Church age 70th week tribulation, redemption of Israel and Second Coming are not optional for us, as they were the foundational principles of what Jesus and the Apostles taught and believed.
What we need to do is LEARN about them, not ignore/reject them, walk on by and look the other way. This abject failure is now commonplace in these LAST TIMES in these latter day Churches. I know this is true from MANY MANY personal experiences in different so-called Churches.

I mean Acts 2:17 is a direct reference from Joel 2:28 for pity's sake. You know.....the birth of the Church? You would think people would find this to be relevant.....right?

Act 2:17
And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

1Pe 1:20
Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,

1Pe 1:5
Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

1Jo 2:18
Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.

Jde 1:18
How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.

Heb 1:2
Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;

Jas 5:3
Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days.

2Pe 3:3
Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,

Isa 2:2
And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the LORD'S house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it.

Oh, well then answer a few simple questions. Since the 69th week told us the year Jesus would be crucified it seems reasonable that we would also know when the 70th week begins.

1. Does the 70th week begin on Nisan 1?

2. Does the 70th week begin this year?

3. Does the Antichrist confirm the covenant on the first day of the 70th week?

4. Does the rapture take place prior to the 70th week?

5. Does the church age end when the 70th week begins?

6. As to the 2nd coming did the Fig tree generation begin when Israel was reformed in 1948?

7. Or did the Fig tree generation begin when the Knesset first met in Israel?

8. Or did the fig tree generation begin with the coronation of Queen Elizabeth and her 70 year reign?

Present those questions to @Cameron143 . Your time is better spent teaching this person.

I already have the correct answers to those inquiries. You need not trouble yourself further on my behalf.

I think we just progressively win.
You don't know your eschatology very well

We are overcome by 'the beast' before we overcome him.

Many are fooled by false prophets and turn away from God's truth before we win.

That's why I vote none of the above.

No. The Church has been raptured BEFORE the 1st seal/birth pang/revealing of the man of sin.

[/QUOTE]

This is something I hear occasionally and on the surface you're right. But I've come to find that no one posts anything here without a scriptural reference whether stated or not. And such scriptures are rarely considered or contemplated, most often they are played like bets in a card game. I post one saying this, you post 2 saying that, I see your two and raise you a third, and so on, getting no one anywhere. Too, the scriptures I would post are nothing others haven't heard - and summarily dismissed - before. So if someone poo-poos a scripture the first 10 times it's presented, my presenting it for an 11th time isn't going to go anywhere with them.

Everyone has a scriptural reference for their beliefs. Not posting them does not mean they don't exist. It's more a 'what's the point' kind of thing. Because we know you've heard - and dismissed without consideration - it all before.

Where you fall on the pre, post, or mid trib thing does come into play here. Personally I fall in the mid/pre-wrath group. But in any event, my overall thought is

Pray for pre
Prepare for post
and any other time, like right now, is just fine with me.

I do vote, I vote third party. Not expecting to win, but to put a mark in the "none of the above" column.

And don't tell me that's a wasted vote. The wasted vote is one that expects a change while choosing more of the same.
Nobody is telling you that voting for a third party candidate is wasted. Why do you assume that is the case?

Thats right. So that person can continue with the canned responses. Or actually prevail to actually KNOW what the Scripure saith.

Oh....and you can know too. Or you can just keep on mewling and complaining. Your choice.

Ignorance is NOT bliss as far as God's Word is concerned. So go gather your own manna. I have. And I am full and fully satisfied.

Good luck.
