Interesting, how someone on the left is willing to do away with "due process" when it is a politician they dislike.

Isn't this what they do in fascist regimes?

Does that include presumption of innocence until proven guilty?
I'm guessing it will work like any other trial. Evidence will be presented and then a jury will make a decision

The Donald is simply creating political theater. He's the only one saying he'll get arrested today; and the only ones who believe him are his nationalist followers who are suckers for any conspiracy that comes down the pike.

But you have already made your decision.
Yeah personally I believe he's guilty but he still is entitled to due process like everyone else. If he is arrested in the first place, all evidence will be presented in court and the jury will make a decision.
