"True worship is something that comes from deep deep inside it's not just singing and giving honor with our lips anyone can do that but when you do so from the very depths of your soul when worshipping him brings a life and joy that makes you like a giddy child again that is the kind of worship that has power that is the kind that God will boast of you for."

Reference Heb 12:23 "the spirits of just men made perfect"
I've been searching and practicing this. There seem to be different words and phrases that describe what is actually happening in heaven. High praise, spiritual worship, in sync, revealed presence, realized presence and so on are some of those words or phrases.
I did not proof read before posting and am reminded that I left out a couple of other words often used to describe the above
"in tune" and "harmony'
It is the Holy Spirit that brings us 'in tune' with what is happening in heaven. Please think of a tuning fork used to properly tune a musical instrument. When we are in tune we can move in.

My only concern is what if I am so lost in worship there I never do anything else
Though praise being automatic is no surprise I mean after all if we had
even just a small window of who he is we would be floored with awe.

We see through a veil and that goes with worship as well if we think
it is sheer joy to worship him now wait until we get the real thing

Does this include paul in prison...when he began to sing a great earthquake that shook the gates open and freed him.
There's no question the Father is pleased with our praise and worship, but it has been taken to ridiculous extremes and there are teachings growing up around it that simply aren't true. According to some, true praise and worship has to be restored and this is the key to Christ's return and bringing in the kingdom of heaven on earth. Some say it will bring a great move of God or worldwide revival. It has taken a place of importance it was never intended to have.

It should be noted in Acts 16, Paul and Silas were praying as well as singing hymns. How do you know it wasn't their prayers that moved God to set them free? In Acts 4:31 the place where they were was shaken after praying to God:

"And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness."

In Ephesians 6, singing hymns isn't mentioned at all as part of the armor of God but prayer, truth and faith are:

"Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit,"

Nowhere are we taught to seek a great end time revival through praise and worship. We're taught to persevere in sowing seeds of the gospel and making disciples.

Praise isn't a weapon of spiritual warfare. It's used as such by those today who would rather be in a praise service than a prayer meeting.
I do believe that true worship needs to be restored in the church.
In the modern, liberal church, praise & worship is corrupted by the likes of Hillsong, Bethel Music, etc. promoting "MEism", songs that talk only about what God has done/is doing for ME, & expressing more about who I am than who He is.
True praise lifts up/exalts/magnifies the Father & Christ. MEism is all about self.
The modern church mostly lifts themselves on high, thinking more highly of themselves than they ought to.
This is why I only listen to the old praise & worship albums, & even then... carefully.

Spiritual warfare involves prayer. The effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much(James 5:16).

That song was one of the first songs I listened to when I was first saved it hold a lot of meaning to me and it is actually what made me curious about him

Honestly he just is so amazing and deep that our human minds cannot even fathom him. If I was able his heart would be the one thing I want to search The vast endless ocean that is his heart is the greatest mystery and treasure in all of existence

It is one thing to be a Christian to be saved to have faith and hope but when you really get to know him how can one not chase after knowing him like that? I mean we study and read his word but when you are familiar with his nature his traits his personality and even sense of humor I don't know it isn't that the bible isn't good but there really is nothing like searching the original source there are things about him you can only learn from the level of intimacy you have with him personally.

David did a multitude or wrongs that he was not called out on. For example, failing to discipline Absolom. Yes, David was a man after God's own heart but he was far from perfect.
Exactly, God overlooked many things when we understand more about David. David escaped things that by the LAW of Moses alone would have him put to death. But what David was AMAZING at was his Praise and Worship. So much, God has a designated spot for it in the Tanakh (Old Testament). David's Praise and Worship is Highlighted by God for us to read. So evidently, how David Praised in his natural abode, God found true Worship from him.

We know it was wonderful unto God because David's wife tried to ruin the moment, like most people led by Satan, tearing down Praise and Worship is a true focus for them.

I thought you where going to shoot me for one minute with that machine gun

But then I thought no maybe this was just you putting your foot down. It made me think. And then I realised I should tread carefully

It funny how guns can do that.
If only Jesus had the same effect I thought 🤔

Ha ha, no, it was just to give 2 Corinthians 10:3-4

For though we live in the flesh, we do not wage war according to the flesh. The weapons of our
warfare are not the weapons of the world. Instead, they have divine power to demolish strongholds.

:D

I certainly agree that praising and worshipping God helps demolish strongholds Satan may have in anyone's life.

what is ment by this the lord gave and the lord has taken away.
That is from Job, who refused to stop praising and worshipping God even while under severe attack
from Satan.
Many of Job's animals were stolen, and the servants tending them were killed. A fire
burned all Job's property and killed more servants and sheep. Then a storm knocked down Job's
son's house, and all Job's children died. His camels were stolen; more servants died.

In spite of everything, Job did not sin or accuse God of doing wrong.

Even his wife said, “Do you still persist in your integrity? Curse God, and die.”

Because things got worse. But he would not.
