You propose the scenario where "You are the boss of a new employee a biological male who is transitioning to be a female (as if), a “Trans Woman”."

We can stop right there.
I don't know why people in general, more so believers would struggle with the issue.

Anybody that knows me has seen me witnessing even here on these forums, that identify with the gender identity pronouns. I'm hoping and pray that they are still too young that they have not been turned over to that by God. Romans 1

However, I will not hire someone who appears to be a reprobate . If they go out of their way to look that way, then they probably are. I don't even want them to touch my coffee cup, prepare or serve my food in a restaurant.

Let's say I am the boss as you propose.
I would never hire "the bearded lady". He can go to the circus and find a job as a side show. If some dude walks into an interview with so much as long girlie hair, or earrings, tongue stud, or makeup, I will cut the interview short and he /she/it can turn around and not waste my time.

Someone might call me insensitive.
That's OK. I can live with that judgement against me.
I'm more interested in parents protecting their children from the bearded girlie men.

"Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him?"

My choice for employees will only consist of those who, in spite of plenty of imperfections, are men or women of character. I can work with that. People who will learn and improve in service to the Lord, as unto men, while at work.
Very politically incorrect, but Jesus and Paul would've been too!

Hard to miss the Trans afflicted.
They're mentally ill so who knows what could set them off. Even refusing to use gender pronouns, which are quite specific in identifying actual males or females, could be a hand grenade.

Wait, why are we automatically assuming he will flip out?

I could find a video where a republican flips out and starts yelling and cussing at a trans person. That doesn't mean it's normal for conservatives to do that, any more than it means trans people always or even usually flip out about it.

That's right. 👍

The politically correct views on the subject, of all people, have even gotten to some of the older independent Baptist Churches. I could describe a few scandals in churches and a Bible college, of this nature, that I warned of publicly.

I was a strong candidate for a position in a local church. I didn't want it. One of the deacons who interviewed me had an adult son living with another man, who wanted to have a church wedding for his civil union and be welcomed in. Good grief!
I made my views very clear so there was no confusion.

And that was an IFB church? Crazy.

Yes. When I got saved, there were no issues like that.

Here's another example from one of Brother Anderson's shorter videos on the subject. One of the most popular IFB pastors, Bob Gray, jumped on that bandwagon. He started teaching that the Bible word "Eunuchs" is synonymous with homosexuality.
I don't have any reason to think that the great prophet Daniel was one, or his 3 friends who were castrated as a condition of their kidnapping those boys for the Babylonian king.

Interesting. Yeah I've heard of a perspective similar to that. People have to really explain a lot of scriptures to accept such a clear sinful lifestyle.

That was a good day for me.
I found out from the start what direction that church was headed before getting involved and affiliated with it. Better to find out up front than to discover that later.

That was taught by the big liberal denominations for years before. Those are the ones that advertise to the LBGTPQ community. I've read some of their doctrinal statements online and read letters to the editor in the local College Newspaper.

Here's more details on Pastor Nixon/ Bob Gray's ministry. It wouldn't really be a news item except there are a lot of churches who have been to one degree or another, followers of him. So he influenced many outside of his congregation.

I have worked with a handful of homosexual men and lesbians and I have treated them no different than heterosexuals.

“For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within?” 1 Cor5:12
So, if the Apostle Paul doesn’t judge them neither do I.

What pronouns will you use, are you going to use the pronouns he/his/him and crush his feelings (they are so sensitive). Or, would you use the pronouns she/hers/her, state reason for either choice.

I am not of the opinion that Transgenders are mentally ill, I believe they have a demon of homosexuality and that once they receive deliverance that would be just as appalled at their lifestyle and behavior as anyone else, just my opinion.

So, if the Apostle Paul doesn’t judge them neither do I.
I Corinthians 6:1 begins two verses from the one you quoted.
  1. Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints?
  2. 2 Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?
  3. 3 Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?
  4. 4 If then ye have judgments of things pertaining to this life, set them to judge who are least esteemed in the church.
  5. 5 I speak to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you?"

Who should be better at hiring those who please the Lord in the workplace, a lost sinner who identifies with worldliness, OR a believer who has gained wisdom from much invested time in God's Word and experience?

I'm saved by grace through faith in Jesus.
Salvation has been assured. That's good news.
Now that God is my Father and belong to Him, I have the honor to store up separately the rewards offered for various other reasons. This is one motivation for whatever I eat, drink or whatever I do, do it unto the Lord.
Since then I have been working towards everlasting rewards and blessings that will never go away. That includes crowns, ruling over a designated region, things you can't see in this world because they are so marvelous.
Paul tells the church in the Bible with the reputation of being very carnal, that they too will judge angels! While I'm here, I have actively prepared gaining wisdom for child rearing, marriage, business, and serving the Lord by turning others to Him.

"And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.
Daniel 12:3

If someone else wants to hire those who identify as LGPTQ, that's their business. It doesn't involve me. If it's a restaurant, then I won't order anything there because I don't want to catch their diseases.

When I go to a store to buy something, I don't ask the cashiers their personal life. Don't want to know. They get treated with the same courtesy as anyone else even if they have a rainbow flag emblem to advertise their personal problems. However, I can easily give a dozen reasons and examples for why I will not include them into my personal life, whether it be family, friends, church, or business. Those are places that I am commanded to lead and to make the right decisions.

There's no question that demons are active in trans people. Demons can cause a person to have delusions and not see the truth. This is a form of mental illness. When someone thinks and believes they can change their gender by simply changing their outward appearance and taking hormones, they're delusional. Likewise, you can't change your gender by waving a magic wand and saying: "I've changed my mind, I'm now x, y or z." There are two genders . . . period.

after theyve transitioned or you know them as they were transitioning

well not being a boss or having had that scenario I would just deal with it the way God leads me to deal with it.
In the Bible there was a trans where a (male) demon was inhabiting a females body and it got called out of her.

thing is the trans people want to pass but if you knew them before you would know, but most people take things on face value and treat people how they look and appear.

If it was a thing like acting in a show or whatver, you know its all acting.

There was a trans mayor in one of the small towns in nz, and people referred to him as her bit hed already transitioned to female when he was mayor, some people might not have known she was born a he though. She(he) was open about it though.

I also had a childrens author who apparently now is female but his name isnt changed (many change their names to be something more feminine) its an issue THEY have to deal with its not on you, if they get offended you mistake them for the gender they dont want to be, its really on them to deal with.

Be aware that kindness does lead to repentence though.

I was in a mental hospital that had a transgender guy there. He said he was pregnant or some lie like that. It was an all male unit, so the hospital put him in his proper place. He was so moody, especially at meal time getting angry over not having enough food.

I don't believe in the transgender lie. Their genders aren't changed. I doubt many people would survive sex-change operations because I read about eunuchs in China and how few of them survived full castration. Besides, how could doctors actually connect the borrowed body parts so that they all function well? It just doesn't make scientific sense.

Transgender people are not people who have transitioned or changed to the opposite sex; they are just dressing in drag. Dressing in drag is forbidden in the Old Testament in the Law God gave to Moses. It just makes sense not to do these things. It bothers me that sex change operations are not illegal in this country and that transgender people are not shunned. Why would anyone ever even think of such a thing?

To answer your question, call him a he if it's a male pretending to be female and call her a she if it's a female pretending to be a male. Any other way would be lying.

Hi Daniel, welcome to the forum. I've heard some people say men can get pregnant but that's a distortion of the truth. Some women who are transitioning to "male" can still get pregnant; so it's not really a man getting pregnant but a woman. Female is the only human gender that can get pregnant.
