Its fend for yourself tonight, so I will be rooting around in the freezer for something easy to heat up.

Breakfast was left over steak chopped up and mixed in with 4 scrambled eggs, cheese, and salsa on top.

We love taco salad. What do you include in this delicious dish?
Hamburger meat I season it with Taco Bell original seasoning, onion cooked in it. I prepare a bowl of lettuce. Jeff uses both On The Border tortilla rounds brokeup with 2 soft shells, and I use the crunchy shells broke up, put your meat on top, melt your Mexican style cheese or whatever cheese you like in a microwave, after add whatever toppings you like such as lettuce, tomato, and I use Taco Bell salsa, and I add refried beans on top of that, and some on the side.

It's my wife and aunt's bingo night, so I have to fend for myself. Right now it's a tossup. Egg rolls or pizza.

Ya'll are making me hungry
tonight is "whatever" (use up whatever needs used)

and speaking of taco salad my kids (and hubby) really like this one:
(I have to double/triple the dressing because they like it so much, and sometimes use it in breakfast burritos)

Taco salad with refried beans. We went grocery shopping today. Glad to be back home.
I bought a few things on my way home from work yesterday, also.

Most important was my frozen yogurt .:giggle:

It was on sale, so I bought two .:D

I had the misfortune of having to purchase 3 ribeye steaks when we only need two to get the sale price. Tonight I'll grill all three and will serve them with rosemary and thyme red potato wedges roasted in the air fryer. Tomorrow I'll take that 3rd ribeye, cut it up and add it to some pozole I stumbled across to make beef pozole.

That sounds yummy, and you have a solution to another (y)(y) meal to use the 3rd ribeye.
