That sounds yummy, and you have a solution to another (y)(y) meal to use the 3rd ribeye.
I just stepped outside and it's too windy for grilling so I'm going to plan b, which will be baked jumbo breaded shrimp with homemade cocktail sauce along with the previously mentioned potato wedges.

The steaks can wait for tomorrow, and the beef pozole will have to wait until Monday since I take Sunday off from cooking.

Pizza. We always buy one large enough for dinner and breakfast. Most of the time there's enough for lunch too.

not quite the same taste and quality of fresh, but works great for a throw together, quick and easy meal. (it's cooked and ready to use)

My daughter Angie gave me a Mothers Day gift card for Longhorn Steakhouse so Jeff and I had Beef baby back ribs, loaded baked potatoes, Jeff mac & cheese, Janice seasoned rice, and 2 loaves of wheat bread. We both still have leftover ribs, and 1 loaf of wheat bread.

I will be interested next time I do my shopping to see if this type of things sells here. I have never seen it. Just tuna, sardines and anything fishy. Not chicken or beef etc that I have ever seen. Beef and lamb are very expensive here. Everything is expensive here.

the mini bagels remind me that we had for lunch, on friday, in high school, "pizza burgers", which was hamburger roll with pizza sauce & chopped hamburger sprinkled on top.

No spam???

Tinned chicken has a bit of a weird flavor to it, the turkey, too, but it is easily masked
if used in something like a macaroni salad, and can even be mixed with tinned tuna.
